First of all Malaysia needs a promotion at the Dawson in Norcross. She was 1st class customer service. I was unsure about the space to rent & she made me feel very comfortable & happy with my space. Donald was absolutely fantastic as well. Helpful & breakdown the business now as well. They both are a access to the company.

Excellent experience at the Dawson Blvd location. The computer system auto-assigned a location that was nowhere near ready. Donald went above and beyond to take care of everything at the moment. A quick follow-up visit regarding a refund issue was handled immediately with Donald and his co-worker. Overall I was extremely pleased with the local attention and resolution.

Mrs Tina is very professional there was a situation on Friday of last week when a uhaul truck ran over the gate and lso hit her car. She was so calm in situation even though the party responsible was very rude and aggressive.

Yesterday I was being helped by Mrs.Tina at the Dawson location while I was in the process of renting an additional unit! On my way out the gate there was a man in a uhaul truck waiting for me to open the gate. Since he was blocking my exit I did not enter my code to open gate until he moved out of my way. That upset him and he backed up accelerating angrily. Once I exited and made my way around him, he didn’t wait for me to be completely out of his way so he could widen his turn. He proceeded to accelerate again really hard and in that process he hit Mrs.Tina’s parked car and didn’t stop there he accelerated even more and tried to beat the gate before it came down since he didn’t stop to enter his own code! Not only did he damage Mrs. Tina’s car but he broke the gate trying to get in and almost hit a customer that was standing on the inside of the gate! The story about this is longer, but my review is specifically to make light of Mrs . Tina’s calm attitude and demeanor thru this situation! Not only did she continue her duties , she continued to assist the customers like myself that were there , she did it with a smile and did not allow the situation at hand and damage to her vehicle to alter her professionalism and care for the customers! I would like for this company not only to make sure she is taken care of but to somehow show their appreciation for such a valuable employee! Thank you Mrs. Tina. We need more people like you in these type of customer service jobs!

Very unprofessional unit has water leak ladt told me to bring my key to lock then told me she was going to lunch could i bring after her lunch bit i was there before her lunch and no one was in office to much to type bit her and the the man that work in office sad guy told me even doe it was a leak i still had to pay the month rent i said ill be out 8/3/2023 he said i still had to pay
