Unfortunately I would never recommend this place to anyone within the third day after I moved in. I receive notice I was living in my storage unit on the fourth day the police was called on me. Four days later there was a lock on my storage unit. I just told them I was going to move I'm tired they tried putting me out what's in the same way I know nothing about the reasoning behind putting me out. Monday game I set my things out front come back down to the elevator to get them how to relocate most of my things were stolen. Nothing was caught on camera my insurance pamphlet was stolen as well as my home surveillance equipment. Meaning the thieves what's targeting specific items meaning they put a majority of my things back. Bottom line is the staff here are stealing they're trying to hustle people and sell their belongings. IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T COME. MISS DARLENE IS THE BEST STAFF HERE. THE WHITE LADY HERE IS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND SHE DOES WORK THERE THE LADY IS VERY SUSPECT BUT A VERY NASTY ATTITUDE JUST BE CAREFUL.

They have updated the building and the process is much easier no more paperwork it's all digital. This time I had the pleasure of dealing with Miss Darlene she was amazing! She guided me through the process and made everything much easier to understand. Hands down the best location ever!

Lots of storage space. Climate controlled. Just a long ways down from the 3rd floor, even with elevators 😂

Gwen and Michelle were amazing. Mom reserved the wrong size unit online, however these lovely ladies got it taken care of with no problem. Michelle gave us a tour and help us pick the right unit to fit our needs and Gwen made sure we got the right deal along cracking jokes during the process. It was a smooth process. I have been at this location for over 2 years. The staff is great and my unit is perfect for the stuff I cannot put in my apartment.

. Office under construction no employees on site . I can't imagine no one employee there to clean or monitor the units

Our things were here for 2 years and came out no worse for wear. No evidence of water or pest damage and the candles aren't melted. The units are not accessible 24/7, but the hours are pretty long. Also, the Bluetooth entry system was pretty unreliable. Do yourself a favor and memorize or write down the gate code. Punching it in always worked.

Both young ladies, Ms.Mary & Michelle, were Absolutely Wonderful!! They were informative, professional, patient, & warm!!! The facilities were super clean & inviting, & they made the process super easy & fasr!!!

In Norcross Ga off Jimmy Carter Blvd, my entire unit showed some signs of rodents. Tossed out my livingroom and several mattresses. That the rodents have ruined.. yet i am still pleased with my extra large space. 2017 still using publice storage why because they are responsibly priced and has secured entrance..

They increase the price like crazy and the only answer is the corporation I was suposto pay 150 in one year they're increase 3 times what a was supposed to pay I am paying 326 I think isn't fair that price is to high

Sharonda (Mgr) is a life saver! She gets 5 🌟's!!! The facility ranks a little lower othibg to do with the employees fault; to drive 30+ mins each way with a full load only to find the elevator out of order AGAIN!! Frustration is an understatement!! If Public Storage doesn't want to lose great employees you may want to start giving them the tools and resources NEEDED to function at the level of $$$ your charging your customers.
