They were able to find my online reservation easily and signed me up right away. The facility was also clean and you can tell it's well taken care of. No roaches and it didn't have that storage unit odor.
This storage facility on Indian Trail Road seems safe, secure and well-maintained. The staff are kind and helpful. No problems so far; I definitely would recommend.

I have been a renter here for over 20 years. Darlene, my favorite employee, has faithfully served me for 15 years. Always with a smile. Mary, another favorite is always helpful.
This place has gone downhill over the years and now it’s a dump!! It’s not a safe location for a single woman to be there alone. The lights are on motion sensor and only stay on for 5 minutes, even during business hours. You have to practically run down the hall to get them back on. When you voice your concerns to the front office, they just say that the owner doesn’t care and won’t change it. The storage is hot and dirty! It’s temperature controlled but they don’t say what temperature. The office is the only place with ac. There are never any flatbeds to use. They will get you in on a special and then raise the rents 2 months later and continue to go up every few months with no warning! I hate this place and can’t wait to get out of here! Rent at your own risk!! Oh, all the office staff is lovely….except for the trailer trash one. She’s rude!! 🙃
Horrible location, they overcharge and raise the rates out of nowhere and they don’t even provide dollies or carts for you to be able to move your things in. There is a bunch of kids in the building smoking weed and nobody says anything. I don’t even feel safe when I walk inside the storage unit. I’m always concerned somebody’s going to pop out of nowhere. The stuff that works there is nice, but I do not like that. They are roaches and their prices are going way too high. The elevators are dirty as well.

Unfortunately I would never recommend this place to anyone within the third day after I moved in. I receive notice I was living in my storage unit on the fourth day the police was called on me. Four days later there was a lock on my storage unit. I just told them I was going to move I'm tired they tried putting me out what's in the same way I know nothing about the reasoning behind putting me out. Monday game I set my things out front come back down to the elevator to get them how to relocate most of my things were stolen. Nothing was caught on camera my insurance pamphlet was stolen as well as my home surveillance equipment. Meaning the thieves what's targeting specific items meaning they put a majority of my things back. Bottom line is the staff here are stealing they're trying to hustle people and sell their belongings. IF YOU EXPECT CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T COME. MISS DARLENE IS THE BEST STAFF HERE.

. Office under construction no employees on site . I can't imagine no one employee there to clean or monitor the units
Our things were here for 2 years and came out no worse for wear. No evidence of water or pest damage and the candles aren't melted. The units are not accessible 24/7, but the hours are pretty long. Also, the Bluetooth entry system was pretty unreliable. Do yourself a favor and memorize or write down the gate code. Punching it in always worked.
Both young ladies, Ms.Mary & Michelle, were Absolutely Wonderful!! They were informative, professional, patient, & warm!!! The facilities were super clean & inviting, & they made the process super easy & fasr!!!
