The units are super clean. The location is great and the lot is always clean. The staff is super friendly. Zach in particular is really nice and helpful.

Needs attention
The site is in a convenient location and the manager/staff is very kind and accommodating. A few things to keep in mind though before you rent from this specific public storage.
1. The layout is challenging for larger trucks/moving vans. The lanes are pretty narrow and difficult to navigate if you plan to store a large quantity of items.
2. Beware of storing any indoor items, such as furniture or other household wares due to possible vermin. I rented a unit for about 6 weeks, and when I returned to clear it out after visiting it 3 weeks prior, there were holes chewed in several boxes and feces were everywhere. As I unpacked boxes, feces were found in at least half of them.
I did not store any perishable items, so I was a bit surprised they were in there, but they ate all the bait left by the facility management.
When I reported this to the manager, she was very helpful in filing a claim and was apologetic. I appreciated her assistance.
A couple of days ago i went in needing help with my app and Codi was able to help me and show me the things i could do on there.
Codi helped me sign in and get access to my app. She was great and very delightful!
Sometimes you just need human responses. I've been renting a storage space from this place for awhile. I needed to make some changes, thought it would be crazy, but Codi helped me make sense of what I needed to do at the most cost efficient way. Life has been crazy, renting a storage space shouldn't be..Go see Codi she rocks!!!
