This has been the absolute worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My boyfriend and I rented a unit over a year ago, at a “locked in” set price. Not only did the price increase every 3 months-it has basically quadrupled from its original price. They currently are advertising a very low price, for the exact same unit size. We WENT INSIDE the office to inquire about price matching. We were told the ONLY way to get the new price was to SWITCH UNITS. That solution was completely asinine but we agreed. A few days ago, he went in to sign/pay for the new unit and it was over double the quoted priced. When we asked about this— we were told that low advertised price was only for new customers. Why would anyone take the time to move units for the same cost they’re currently paying? Selena and her team need to get ON THE SAME PAGE. We’ve been told a few different things from multiple employees. The RIGHT and appropriate solution would be honoring the price that was advertised and given to us. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this facility to anyone. We chose this because of the original price and convenience of the location. But we will Be switching completely. Please use caution before signing into an agreement here. They WILL lie. Raise the price and deny it. And of course, never answer the phone. Selena and team need a lesson on effective management.

I’ve had a storage here for a few months and I am no longer in need of the extra storage. Overall it was a pleasant and easy experience from start to finish, I was working with Miss Selena throughout the time period. She was always pleasant and respectful to work with. Should the need arise I would definitely rent another unit at this location.

Codi helped me pay my bill from another location. She was very professional and helpful!

The hours on this office are incorrect. The office closes well before 7 by the way not 9.

This time with a rate reduction. We are all pinching pennies right now, and it was a testament to the quality of service at public storage that they understand and are willing to help!

Tucked away from the busy street. There is one way in and one way out. Plus the gate shuts down at 6:00 & won't open again till morning opening time. The asphalt & storage facility seem to give plenty of truck & trailers easy access to units and the roads there. The staff there are courteous, nice, friendly folks. May I suggest a golf cart so they can easily get around the grounds. They deserve that 😁.

Grate cervices and really nice attention to the customer

Just clearing some stuff out. No climate controlled rooms, and it shows.

I got a new phone number in October of last year and apparently the old owner of the number owes this location money or something because they have been harrassing me no matter how many times I tell them I am not Chris. Every time they call they are rude and refuse to lose my number. It is driving me insane. I have finally just gone ahead and blocked their number, but I don't recommend anyone do business with this location unless you like dealing with rude and unhelpful people.
