Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3700 Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA

Customer service doesn't exist for this company...not even when it relates to your bill!! We've had auto pay for years. Suddenly, we got notices that we were overdue. Checked auto pay info. All correct--card is not expired. Tried 11 different telephone numbers for Public Storage which I found on-line. EVERY one had the same loop of automated information. Even when I selected #3 option to talk with property manager, sent me back to the loop. Never could get a person. Then tried chat. Well, as expected, that was an AI program that also couldn't help. AI then sent me to a "live agent." And guess what, although it was the middle of the day (1:14pm), they replied "Thank you for your message. Our agents are currently unavailable," and I was advised to get back to them during business hours. Where in the United States is 1:14 pm on a non-holiday Monday NOT normal "business hours"? I am so weary of companies replacing people with technology that doesn't work. Guess it's time to change storage facilities.

Pitiful that you would not give me a pro-rated refund when I changed from one unit to another and you were able to re-rent my old unit before the end of the month. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Friday a person with a Public Storage shirt on ran the stop sign at this property as he was exiting onto Roswell Rd. He hit me on my bicycle and advised he would pay me for the damage done to my bicycle. Today, Monday, I was finally able to get a quote for the repairs and he has no longer responding to text messages. I do not understand how could such a reputable business have such a careless representative.

Friendly staff climate controlled units your belongings are in great hands highly recommend.

Michelle was a pleasure to work with. She guided me through the process, save me money on the lock fee and was very knowledgeable overall with the process.

Facility was nice and clean with nothing in the hallways. It was easy to get in and out because of the phone/app entry. Space was more than I expected for the price. I’d highly recommend.

I stored all my precious things here for several years and it was always excellent customer service from Justin, Kathy, Raegan and Auburne. The place was clean, secure and convenient. The farmer's market next door sold burgers and the East Cobb park was nearby for fresh air after moving in/out.

No longer allowing after hours access is ridiculous. We were in the middle of a move and got locked out while our storage unit remained open inside. Look elsewhere for a company that cares about your property.

The Public Storage at 3700 Roswell Rd in Marietta, GA was amazing. Clean, spacious, easy to access, well lit, safe. Auburn was the person who helped me (and I hope I'm spelling her name correctly), she was fantastic and friendly and it felt like she was family the first few minutes we spoke. She knew every unit size and space and could tell me exactly what I needed to know without having to ask anyone else or do further research. Plus the added benefit of how to use the app which was my easiest way to enter the facility. Very professional. What a pleasant experience.

This review is related to the personnel. I had the misfortune of being involved in a car accident not far from this location. I had to wait on a tow truck for hours in the parking lot of this PS. While waiting, the person on duty (Auburne) could not have been more accommodating with anything that came up such as a bathroom break or a phone charger. She is remarkable representative of this establishment and should be commended.

Auburne was extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this location.

Kathy was great, very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me mechanically and financially. I was very pleased with the service and I would recommend this facility to friends and family.

To whom it may concern. I am tired of getting voicemails from Public Storage looking for Karen and Nathan! 🤬 I already called back twice stating I don't know them and stop calling me! I still get those phone calls!
