I had my furniture and all kinds of other possessions stored there for over a year. I called to get my next payment due date. Got it and called back to make the payment and was completely blindsided to find out they auctioned all my stuff. Stuff that can't be replaced. So they gave the wrong due date and auctioned off everything without even trying to contact me and give me a chance to make a payment.
