Charge you late fees also I got robbed at this location over a 3k on tools and the property manager didn’t want to talk to the police and the reason why bc she did have a lock on back door of my unit asked her 3 times to remove hers so I can put my mine she never show office it’s always close you can’t even complain at costumer service they will do nothing about it take this review on mind also what they say about they make they onwn reviews it’s true they asks for your phone and review their self’s with a 5 start
I came to Public Storage look for a unit, I was greeted by LaMiiko and Darlene, told LaMiiko what I was storing, and she took me to a few different units to show me how they was made and the difference between them. I figured that I would go with the 24 hour unit. Came back to the office and LaMiiko helped me complete my rental and even help me set up my mobile app. LaMiiko was very nice and helpful to my needs and wants. Thank you very much.
9/6/24 I wrote to 3 federal agencies to complain about this Public Storage. This location is a rip off. I signed up for a Storage unit and the price shown on the advertisement was $50. I had a hard time to reach a representative at the Public Storage location : 460 Beaver Ruin Road NW Unit • Unit Size 10' x 15'. Finally the person arrived and NEVER MENTIONED THE DATE THE RENTAL WOULD BE LATE. THERE IS ALWAYS A GRACE PERIOD TO PAY THE RENTAL. My son rents storage from this company in Indian trail and pays on the 9th without a late fee. I signed the contract and this awful company is charging a late fee after the third, continuously. I just made a payment of $72 . That includes a late fee of $22. Because their employee never stated when the storage WOULD BE LATE charged 2 weeks after I claimed 1 month fee. I am requesting this company to return the two consecutive late fees they charged me. Corresponding to August and September, 2024. They are abusing me charging late fees one day after the payment is due. There is a grace period they never stated anything about that during the check in process. I truly regret doing business with this company. They are a rip off, a scam type of company. Unit E308.

Don't be fooled by this "good and honest" reviews. The staff ask for your phone and they review themselves with your phone without you even knowing. After i removed their review and rated them 3 stars because there was never anyone working to help with any problems i had, they sent me an email 2 days later saying my rent had gone up by $50 a month. That's the reason most people just leave the fake review on.
My rent went up and whwn i came in Ms. Miiko was a le to bring in back down from 134 to 110 for the next six months. Thank you so much

I will never rent here again. For starters the unit was filthy when I moved in. The access hours are only till 9:00 and if you exit 1 minute after 9:00 they're emailing and messaging you about it. The late fees they charge are outrageous. I had a partial unpaid late fee of $27 and they locked me out of my unit even though my rent was paid current...

This location gets a 10 star 🌟. I made an online reservation here and instantly received a confirmation call back from a beautiful soul named Miico before even finishing the reservation. On that a same call, she assisted and resolved a current issue I was having with an existing storage unit account (different location). She also assisted in gracefully answering or explaining any questions or concerns I had about storage. I definitely recommend this location to anyone seeking. Top notch service here.
