This is the worst Storage company I’ve ever had to deal with . They raise their prices on units whenever they want . No explanation provided ! I’ve been with the company for a year and the price has gone up 3 times . The kicker is the price is going up in December for the Holidays. That’s real convenient !
I recently had the pleasure of working with David at Public Storage on Pleasant Hill, and I cannot say enough good things about him! As someone in the military, I was behind on my storage payments and feeling pretty stressed about it. David was absolutely superb—he took the time to thoroughly explain my options, helping me understand everything clearly. His professionalism, patience, and friendly demeanor really stood out. He made what could have been a difficult situation so much easier. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, ask for David. Highly recommend!
92 in a parking payment . it's too much I increase $20 from one month to the other.
Vincent was super kind and very helpful in getting me a space last minute. I highly recommend this location it is the most one affordable one on that road.

This location is horrible please don't do business with them. They will make you pay for a full month even though you're not there for that full month. Please take your business somewhere else. The rate hikes are astronomical as well. There are competitors not far from this location that will give you better customer service for sure trust me I know. I will not be recommending anyone to this location.If I could give zero stars I would.

This was an ez and very quick process. I was in a pinch and needed to change my storage from a different provider. The public storage leasing process was paperless and handled mostly online! When I arrived, this kind lady helped me get a few more supplies and we enjoyed a lighthearted conversation! 😊Ginger is so sweet! If I could do one thing differently it would be to have better instructions on how to open unit! I used youtube university to discover you had to step on the foot pedal 1st!!! Lol, I'm just a girl, don't judge me😅 Ty Public Storage for making a stressful situation less complicated! Bonus: They have a 50% Off 1st Months rent special going on now! I attempted to make a payment for a friend who is in the intensive care unit and was informed that would be a $20 charge to take the payment over the phone even though their automated system would not work. When I called back and asked to be transferred to a supervisor I was sent to voicemail and have not received a call back. Very unpleasant people. I would definitely try to find someone else to do business with. If my issue is resolved within 72 hours I will update this review. i only leave bad reviews if people are next level difficult to work with.
