What I dreaded turned out to be a pleasant and memorable experience. I have rented storage space before from Extra Space Storage, UHaul Storage and others but I don’t remember anyone ever saying “thank you for your business “ or let me help you find the unit that best fits your needs and budget “ or even act like they cared enough for me to come back.
Recently I found myself again in need of storage space and 11220 Medlock Bridge Road Public Storage was near my home, so I stopped by to check it out. I was greeted by John who was professional, friendly, and easy to talk with.
John was extremely helpful explaining how everything worked as he showed me around the very clean and orderly facility.
John helped me find the perfect unit for my stuff and even provided me with a pair of work gloves for my wounded hand! As a new customer I could not have been treated better!

The manager John on more than one occasion was very rude, condescending, and discriminative towards myself and my family, that even my child mentioned it
He said smart remarks under his breath
He gave off a very threatening looks at my family, he was very unprofessional
I do not feel safe here anymore.

I had an extremely great experience with this location! Ms. Tabitha was phenomenal! She was very patient with me, as this was my fist time renting! I came in the day before at around closing time, just in a rush to get some info, she provided the amount of information she could, she didn’t have an attitude or anything when I asked if she could still show me around, and that is rare, so I did appreciate that! She had a bubbly attitude and was very concerned! All in all, it was a great experience, thank you Tabitha again!

Whoever work today. I don't know what is his problem. He need to think before he said. I been here for 3 years.
May be polite folk however, they lose potential customers everytime they fail to keep appointments. I waited for more than 20 minutes outside their office only to receive a phone call after the fact, to be told "sorry can't make it." Why not give people a heads up at least 1 or 2 hours before the appt so that we don't waste our time and gas just getting there only to be let down by your incompetence?
This year "Missing items out of storage unit", so disappointed!!

I had my stuff stored here when it was owned/operated by CubeSmart. When Public Storage took over I wasn't sure what to expect. I have been pleasantly surprised, I needed to move into a bigger unit and John (property manager) was excellent at walking me through the process and it was a breeze. I highly recommended this facility for safety, cleanliness and customer service.

Lisa was awesome and extremely helpful in setting up the new unit and making sure my insurance was taken care of appropriately.
I rented multiple spaces to ease a move out-of-state. Owner John and his crew cheerfully made sure I got what I needed, even advising on different choices for spaces and access. The huge bay at the main door made moving things in and out very easy -- UHauls and PODS containers fit very well. Their service and good humor helped me keep my stress level down during a frustrating phase of my move. Good folks I recommend highly!
As Public Storage facilities go, this one is pretty good. I've worked with PS before where I was strongarmed into buying their insurance, their locks, etc. and that hasn't occurred at this facility. All of the office staff I've worked with have been polite, helpful, and refrained from trying to sell me stuff.
The facility itself is generally clean and well maintained, although the overhead doors have been an issue from time to time, and the automatic door opener on the phone app has never worked for me. First world problems.
John provided a top-tier customer experience. He went above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant. The location is convenient, secure, and clean. We appreciated the covered loading/unloading area, especially in the 95 degree weather and rain!
