We planned to use this facility for under a month during some home renovations. In the less than three weeks between accessing our unit, they changed to a different type of electronic lock. The app no longer works to unlock it so we were unable to get our things. Additionally we called several times over the weekend and left messages and no one answered or returned our calls. Tried the onsite video chat - it was also broken. Waited until business hours on Monday and still no answer. Absolutely unacceptable that our stuff is held hostage and we cannot get in touch with anyone to resolve it.
Ever since this was sold to Public Storage it has been night and day for the worst. Now need multiple apps to access the facility with no notice, Facility upkeep has taken a nosedive as floors are filthy and previous charging stations and carts were removed. We just cancelled the account and buzzed the live help attendant to ask if we need to leave the door open or closed - they advised closed and now just received a voicemail informing us we must go back leave the door open or we wont get credit. Total crap show and worst possible way to deal with customers. Caveat emptor and RIP StoreEase
Used to be good when it was managed by previous company store ease, but now it's owned by public storage, their customer service is terrible, the app is terrible and the door to my building hadn't been able to choose and lock like it is supposed to door months. This poses a physical security risk to my belongings and is not providing the quality of service that I pay for. I should not have to pay for something I am not receiving. Be better
Previous company was far better. Public Storage bought out the previous company and I have had nothing but problems. The app was very buggy at first. I was never able to open my unit, via the Bluetooth lock, from their app since they purchase dthe other company in November. I had to use the former company’s app to open my unit. Fast forward 3 months, I still can’t use their app to get into my unit and now I can’t use the former company’s app. I have tried calling multiple times and even chatting with a live agent. In 3 weeks, I only had 1 missed call from them. I call back 2 mins later and have to leave a message. To get in contact with a human seems to take an act of congress. As soon as I am able to retrieve my belongings, I will be searching for a new company. My experience, thus far, has been awful.

This was originally written for Store Ease, which was great....public storage ? Not so much. It went from 2024 to 1984. The app is not good, its vague, dated looking, not alot of info and still asking me to confirm my contract after I already have...everytime I open it. Autobilling didn't roll over, no notification, bill was late, thanks for that. That stupid box outside the door now, that you have to pUNcH yOur CoDe iN ? Really ? From touchless bluetooth entry to an old key punch box? Once in had to open the Store Ease app to open unit. Have since found it on the public storage app...buried deep and not prominent. Music !! Where did the freakin music go ?? Is this some sort of penny pinching corporate cost saving measure ?? In my opinion Store Ease was very modern, sleek and effortless....it went backwards. Public Storage could learn alot from Store Ease. The whole experience with the facility, how is operated and app is just plain bad now.
Used to be a great storage location. Sold to public storage, no music anymore, no app to enter main door. Type in a code every time you go back and forth to car. Back to a basic storage location. Location is only positive.

Simple sign up on the website. I love the simplicity of using my phone to unlock the entry doors and the unit itself. The facility is extremely clean and is conveniently located off of Furys Ferry Rd. The monthly rent is competitive and I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a storage unit.

Door 3B would not open from the outside. We had to enter from 3A . Once we got in 3B would open from the inside. We had to leave someone inside to let us back in when we went to get other articles out of the truck. Just wanted to let you know so you can check it out. Otherwise we were satisfied.
I was very grateful to secure storage for items from my home I wanted to keep after a devastating hurricane. My daughter booked it online for me since we had little cell service at the time. When I went to the unit the first time I called the customer number for a little coaching help as to how to use the app to open the door and get in the storage space. It’s easy once it’s familiar! Great experience so far !
