IF I COULD GIVE THIS LOCATION 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I DO NOT recommend this location to NO ONE! especially if you have a big truck! The alleys are extremely small! There is no way to turn down the alleys if you have a truck that's 26'! The women there lashonda and shantay are extremely rude! their customer service is horrible! AGAIN I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The management at the Duralee Lane location is awesome! I ran into a tough situation and couldn't afford to make my payments for a while but LaShana put my mind at ease and set up a payment option for me so I wouldn't lose all my stuff. She's also just one of the nicest people you're ever going to meet. So I am staying a loyal PS customer!
La Shana was very helpful and considerate, forgot my lock and key sitting on the ground, she locked it up and kept the key safe for me till I had a chance to come back and get it good place.

I want to start off saying that Ms. LaShuna at the front desk was very helpful and respectful. Every time I come in always has a smile on her face she breaks down and explains everything to me where I understand what I need to do to keep up with my payments and when I need to pay. I recommend the public storage as a place to store your belongings.

I just want to say that the woman that works here is always picking up trash and cleaning. I work across the street and can see her from my desk! She even cleans outside of the fenced area! She needs a raise or something bc she most definitely works hard!!

Don't go here! Public Storage is a price gouger... They increase monthly rate constantly and it's not worth it especially being the place has rats. Just cleared out my storage and it was covered in rat droppings and ate through my belongings. My rent went from $230 to $680 a month. Highway robbery! Avoid at all cost.
The lady at desk was able to let me know how to get into my storage but the reason for 2 stars is the hours on gate access only til 9 pm. I googled 24hr access to unit( as we work 3rd shift) and it was 1st and the outside of sponsored ads.., it's my mistake by not reading that we could only go until 9 pm. So I literally wasted $50.00 since I can't get refund as well as I can not use it since 4 days later I have not been able to make it to store anything due to hours and price I pay for assuming google gave me what I asked for not including sponsored ads.
Also the 1.00 for a month is only if you get it at the 1st if month or you are charged on the 1st of the next month prorated so it turns out to be your due date to the 1st.
And I'm still waiting on lock refund 2 days later to be added back to card
So my review is not the property or who works there but the policy of it not being made more understanding to people whom make mistakes as I did UNIT VERY CLEAN and app easy to use.
Was looking for a storage unit and stopped by for a look , the service was great and the units were so clean for customers. Will be recommending to future customers and friends.

I have had a storage unit here at this property for the longest time the staff has always been friendly. They are always on top of the property the manager there, ms Vita has the best customer service. She was able to help me out with my account. The unit we got the light fixture is torn down it is hanging halfway down into the unit the piping is pulled from the wall no light bulb no nothing the turnaround areas are very narrow so if you've got a big vehicle and a trailer don't go here very difficult to move around one way in One Way out for the price it is not worth it
