RUN FROM THIS PARTICULAR PROPERTY! Customer service is NOT valued here. The district manager Steven Liranzo is equally uninterested in prioritizing customer service. My property/unit was damaged by a water leak and after the rent increased 3X the original price, I decided to vacate a few days after the month began. I was forced to pay half the rent after being told by property managers that it would be waived. He had the authority to waive the cost after reviewing the notes in the system as well as the gate records showing that I was trying to vacate on the 30th. I will be filing a report with the BBB to make sure other consumers aren’t victimized by these unethical practices.
At first I was hesitant about the concept of public storage but Kiaran addressed all of my concerns and made me feel like more than just a client but family. I’ve not stopped singing her praises since. She is a gem .
My experience with Public Storage was amazing at this location, unlike other locations I've inquired about. The young lady that helped me was Kiaran. She was very kind, patient and knowledgeable about the different storage options they have. No matter the question, she has the answer. Her customer service skills are amazing, which is rare in today's post-Covid world. Thanks so much for your help Kiaran!! And to her bosses, GIVE THAT LADY A RAISE!!

I had an excellent experience with KIARAN. I am so Happy 😊 that I came here. I had a bad experience with the OTHER location, something told me to try this last storage space, and I'm glad I did. Kiaran was smiling, happy to help me. She made my attitude I had already go away. She was patient understanding and very helpful. While tying to unlock my 6x15 unit I cut my hand on the handle of the unit and I was tempted to leave the unit altogether. The on-site property manager KK apologized and even gave me a bandaid and offered to upgrade my unit to keep me from leaving the unit. I was appreciative of her help because the process of accessing the unit provided was difficult. Her generous customer service and the upgraded unit for my hand being hand was enough to suffice and continue being a customer with Public Storage. Great way to turn a tough start into an excellent ending!
