I had the opportunity of winning a storage unit from a auction today at this facility and after driving 35 minutes the associate stated I would have to buy a lock for my unit because they couldn’t leave it open upon leaving the location and spending $9 on a lock I returned to the facility and paid 205$ dollars not including the 30 dollar installment payment I already paid to the bidding site, after I paid I went to the storage and the associate stated the storage had a lock on it that she didn’t have a key to and she had to call another associate upon speaking with the next associate she stated she would be at the facility to cut the lock off in 20 minutes after waiting 20 minutes the employee arrived and cut the lock and we were allowed inside of the storage we bought the storage didn’t contain any of the items that we auctioned for and all the items were soiled with cleaning supplies we immediately backed out and asked for a refund if u plan on buying a auction don’t buy it here because someone is stealing and replacing locks to be kept from being discovered and that is very alarming and unprofessional as a business to promote items on a website that is made for people to spend their hard earned money just to waist time resources and money and I would like a higher up to call me immediately or I will continue to make my issue known I may even call the news.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable… I had my whole apartment in storage for a whole year to find out nice/rats been all over my stuff… I was so freaking scared to even go back in there but once I had the courage to, I threw out everything and started over and the insurance they are partnered with is no good. I had pictures of rat dropping and mold on my furniture and they wouldn’t give me a cent…Then the very month I was getting my belongings out the price on the unit was just going up $30 more… I’ll never put my things back in public storage.

Moving my storage from here because I saw rat or mice droppings and mold on mostly all of my stuff inside. How does rats or mice get into a storage unit anyways. Im very upset and scared to even go back inside to move my VERY valuable stuff. Plus my storage unit price has been going up and up without any knowledge.

I'm a few weeks late doing my review life has been busy but let me tell you that Mrs. Catherine is the best and deserves a raise. I started my reservation online but got interrupted by my day and she called to ask me if I'd like to reserve the space and explained everything in detail for my space, the policy, the insurance, the lock, app access, location, time and details. Next day My day was hectic and time was getting away Mrs Catherine called again to check back in on me when she noticed I hadn't responded via email and stayed at the location until I arrived to make sure I had my paperwork and payment/receipts, inspection of my unit. She had such a welcoming spirit and very patient and understanding. My experience and move in was great. Thanks Mrs. Catherine for all your assistance.

Public Storage refuse to refund me for their mistake!!
Easter Sunday I bought a storage room online. I was told I can't access the gate until a property manager sees my ID. After waiting 2 hours for a property manager to show up (they never did) I called customer service two separate times. Once to find out where the manager is, second to request a refund because I have a truck full of furniture that I need to store before Public Storage closed in the next hour.
It's now April 24th two weeks after Easter Sunday and I'm still trying to get my refund. I was given Martin the district managers direct number but he never answers the phone. I spoke to multiple customer service employees who've told me that my (6) claims have all been rejected and they don't know why.
I Understand buying storages online is easier but if you're going to spend $300-$400 for three walls in a roll up door that increases in price every two months get it in person. To avoid the endless hoops you have to jump over for their mistakes.
