Anetta the manager of this public storage facility has done a really great job to the best of ability with all that life and people may have to throw at her in keeping up the grounds and every unit and keeping a positive attitude even in the face of trial with any irate customer and to the most pleasant of customers. Please come check them out prices are reasonable and the service is excellent.
Randomly changes closing times WITHOUT telling renters and LOCKS them inside the building , I watched the women pull off without letting the people out the gate in their CARS , so yes they were stuck while she went home

She also gave me a card with contact information and times available for storage unit. Definitely will recommend.

With that being said, the condition of my unit at this location is enough to make my partners and I cancel our contracts with all Public Storage facilities across Georgia. We only left our things there Thursday because we had to return a UHaul on time, but we'll be back Monday to remove our items and then speak with corporate because
- The ceiling looks like instant Mesothelioma
- The door latch required about 20 minutes of staff's time while they took turns trying to get it to "catch" and secure (and yes it was the door, not the lock)
- I can see into neighboring units bc of the gaps in the poorly slapped up plywood
I can't help but notice the stark difference between this and my unit in a more "affluent" area. Very disappointing. If a part of town is good enough to put a storage unit and charge, it's nice enough to maintain. Do better PS.

Greetings All! I just want to say that I received nothing less than excellent customer service from Ms. Taiwan Carmichael!! On Sunday, December 3rd, I literally spent almost 3 hours with Ms. Carmichael trying to access my unit; she was actually not slated to work the Flat Shoals location, and left her location to assist. She made every call and text possible, from the employees working at the location to the district manager; she did not leave me until I was able to access my unit. She remained patient, vigilant and focused during the entire time. Ms. Carmichael, please forgive me for taking such an extended time to write this review, and I still say that I owe you dinner! Thank you for providing more than amazing customer service, the company is blessed to have you!! Ms. Bo.

AUCTION BUYERS BEWARE !!Staff was unprofessional, rude they shut my storage treasures account before I could empty it out. They tried to lock me in the facility because they wanted to “make sure it was clean”. Mind you I had to unload my truck and bring it back the same day. Julie I believe her name is is the worst. Called corporate and district manager on her because of how rude she was.
