I received exemplary service from Mrs. Tiffani. I know it's just a Storage Unit Rental, but she was very helpful & exudes professionalism. Get this she new to this job. To be clear this 5 stars is NOT for public storage. I’m not a huge fan of the company however Yolonda is excellent. Dealing with storage is not ever a really exciting or pleasant thing however, Yolonda is really good at making sure the experience is as positive as could be. She recognizes that in a time when you are dealing with your life’s most precious belongings and sorting them from the trash (let’s be real) a little generosity can go a long way. She gave us rides on the cart from the office to the unit because it was really hot and we have knee injuries for example. I juxtapose her service with that I’ve received over the phone and in person with others and she’s light years from them. I’m certain she goes beyond what is required of her and I hope she is compensated well for her efforts because she really makes that place. 5 stars for Yolonda! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Derrick was a great help, very easy and fast and helpful. They open at 9:30 am so dont get discouraged. You can go through your unit anytime between the hours 6 AM to 9 PM.

Attentive. Not a word that's usually associated with the process of renting storage space however the staff at public storage was more than just attentive. The courtesy and the willingness to not only rent a storage space but to listen to my needs beforehand made the difference. I would highly recommend the folks over on Covington highway as one of the best storage rental experiences I've ever had.

I have a unit here two lady’s sitting in the office told me they were closed at 2:25 on a Saturday when they close at 5pm?! Told me I can’t use the bathroom better off going up the road to the other public storage the units aren’t as clean anyways %70 of my clothing is modeled this is ridiculous

I left one star off cuz she wouldn't give me her number (the person in charge) but other than that the experience was good. I didn't have any issues. It was very interactive. Great customer service, the gentleman working during the time of booking was very polite in answering all my questions on the phone and even let me check out the space in person beforehand. However- on move in day, I measured my 8 x 10 storage space and discovered it was actually 7 x 10. Those 12" actually made a pretty significant difference since I'd been hoping to park a 7'3" motorcycle head-in.
Motorcycle is still pending, expect the current arrangement to work out ok, but just to warn customers- if you need to accommodate a specific item, bring your tape measure before you sign anything.
