Great Service, Young Ladies Tasheba And Lymia Were So Nice And Helpful!

They raise their rates every 3 months. Rodents got in my unit from a tear in the roof and have destroyed my inventory. I use this location for my business storage. Will be relocating soon!!

I took advantage of the Halloween move on special and it was a breeze, I'm talking Great service and easy to understand. Tasheba made it easy for me to understand and very peaceful to talk with. The units are clean roads paved , this is the best storage facility Ever.

I, for one, am beyond sick and tired of encountering people in customer service positions who act as if they do not know they are a customer service agent. The inability to courteously do their job. The unwillingness to make an effort to treat customers as they want to be treated as a customer. The foul attitude. All of those things are the norm in the region of the country I am from—Nasty Attitude New England. So, when I speak to the manager at the Covington Highway Public Storage in Decatur, GA, I am ALWAYS beyond thrilled and extremely grateful that she is ALWAYS the antithesis of the above described. Ms. Tasheba is ALWAYS courteous. She is ALWAYS respectful. She is ALWAYS personable. She understands that she can be all of the foregoing and a consummate professional too. I am very grateful for the ALWAYS stress-free and pleasant interactions I have with her as a long-time customer. Well done, Public Storage, in hiring an ALWAYS GENUINELY courteous and respectful manager who sublimely exemplifies how one in a customer service position should treat customers!

Rats ate through most of my thing there were rat poop and dead rats everywhere the place was stink with dead rats ,I took some of my things out lock back the storage and when I return they took the lock off my things ,and told me I left it open.

So I just received a message from Public Storage about a Change in my Rental Agreement. Which seems about right after my dealings with the Corporate side of PS in which they just hiked my storage fee up $120 a month. I tried to get someone to listen/help me because it's just too MUCH. I'm FINALLY in a position to be able to put back and save to finally move my stuff out of Georgia to where I am now in Indiana. I said I wasn't opposed to having a rent increase.... but $120 EXTRA (that puts me at almost $500 a month)for a storage unit is insane and actually takes AWAY from what I COULD be putting back so I can come get my things. I was talked down to like a child and condescended to for asking someone to just BE REASONABLE. To now being threatened to have my stuff being padlocked by them (with a $50 fee) if I am ever late. I have ALWAYS used Public Storage for any storage needs and this is the first time it's been in storage for as long as it has (because life/COVID/massive Apartment Rent hikes that made it IMPOSSIBLE to save). But I tell you what.... when I finally do come down to get my stuff, I can guarantee you it will NEVER go back to a Public Storage facility ever again. I've been a good loyal customer with every time I have needed storage. But the fact they felt emboldened to hike my fee as high as it went, to being talked down to like a child when I pretty much begged for some sort of mercy by someone who said he was indeed *corporate*and now knowing they will not only charge me $50 for a late fee, but put a padlock on my door and tack on ANOTHER $50 for that... well it doesn't seem to matter that I was loyal to them because they have no problem trying to make my life a little harder. It's just a storage space. Not an apartment. No one has to*maintain* it or make repairs. But what's in it IS important to me.... and with this kind of increase, it will make it harder for me to come back and remove it. But I will eventually and I will always remember the condensing attitude I was given by someone from PS Corporate.

Ms. Laronda broke down and showed me different size of storage that l can put my furniture in. She was firm and detail on the Instructions she gave me about storage. She was a big help to me. Terrible service the manager was rude. Also took money from someone i know. And after I left called the person and told them I got a storage. Which is is breaking the law for give personal information out.
