I purchased a storage auction online and when I got to the facility, after driving an hour plus, Jeff at the front desk told me there was no storage auction left to pick up. That I was a backup bidder and that he doesn’t have a unit due for pick up. I told him the unit number and he grabbed a paper he had on his desk said oh ya, took my payment, and the said he doesn’t know what I have to sign. We walked to the unit. There was no lock on the unit just a tag. Per Jeff, that meant it was an empty unit ready to rent out. He gave me my money back but I told him that someone needs to also pay me what storage treasures decided charged. I called storage treasures and they said the facility needs to cancel the auction to refund me. He said he was not cancelling anything because he never had to do it before. I called storage treasures again and it needs to be cancelled on their end. I told him that he had to call his manager or I will call the cops because I paid for a unit that was empty. Now he is trying to call to cancel for payment. This is crazy and unprofessional.

If you want helpful friendly customer service go see Kay at this location! She went out of her way to help me figure out what I needed! Thank you for your help!! I will refer this location to all of my clients!

We’ve been storing our stuff here for a while now and needed to upgrade our unit size. We weren’t expecting much as far as help but were floored with how amazing Jeff was!! He’s very knowledgeable and helped us find a good deal with a bigger unit! We’ll happily suggest this place to other people and point them in the direction of Jeff!

Public Storage, as a company that actually understands and cares about its customers, would get a single star from my experience. HOWEVER, Kay is excellent. She is caring, knowledgeable and helpful, putting the customer front and center! She enables dealing with Public Storage as a company, much more palatable.

Wow, the stress of moving your parents to a senior living facility and placing family momentos ten hours away is tough. However Kay at the office made the storage part as painless as possible. Kay was the human contact who setup the unit, answered any questions we had and evimade suggestion on things I may have overlooked. Upon my picking up and closing the unit. Again it was Kay who returned my unanswered call, first apologizing if no one had returned my call and asking how she might be able to help. I told her my plans and on my ten hour trip down, she was there to welcome and assist my questions if anything arose. She did close out and made our experience a 5 star experience. We highly recommend public storage, a human contact as great as Kay was for us. Having a human to be aware of your plans and issues is so much more rewarding than to getting a response from an artificial attendant. Thank you again.

Our unit was broken into at this location as well as two others the same weekend. Please be advised that there are NO cameras inside the facility but only on the outside. There is no gate for renters so anyone can drive into the area and simply wait for someone to open the door. Also, the door can be held open which we have observed by other tenants. I am giving one star because of how our burglary was handled. We got an email at 9am stating our unit was not secured or improperly secured. Eight hours later, they called and said it was open. This is a different conversation! When we arrived to inspect management had secured it with a lock but at least $2000 worth of our things were stolen. At the time of rental, we were not advised on a particular lock as we had our own. The lock they sell cannot be cut. Wish they would have told us this. So in short, buy their lock, get the insurance and hope/pray people don't leave the door open for criminals to enter. There are so many factors that lead me to believe that our things are tucked away inside of another unit and that the others who were robbed had their own lock nor took the insurance. I mean, who walks into a storage facility carrying bolt cutters? If you rent here, make sure you keep your door closed when you are there working b/c the criminals likely walked by and saw a workbench with $1500 worth of power tools and made sure they made a return trip.

Had a unit here for about 6 months! Amazing experience each time, Jeff (a property manager) was amazing help when I came in yesterday to cancel my unit. Patient, informative, and transparent about my next steps. Cancelling was very easy: I just emptied out my unit, took the lock, came back two days later to let them know I was leaving but I was already 'Vacated'. They even let me keep the lock!

Jeff was such a big help! Highly recommend coming here for storage. We had an overall great experience with moving in! Thank you Jeff!

I love, love, love this place!! Very clean and organized. John really helped me when I wasn’t sure how much storage I needed for all my belongings. He asked me about all of my items and then got me into the right size unit. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and fantastic service! I highly recommend this place for all of your storage needs.
