I'm a professional organizer and I've gotta say that all public storages are not the same. This Public Storage is in a class of it's own. I have referred this specific location to several clients even when they live no where near it!! The facility is super easy to locate super easy to to unload, there's lots of covered parking, the units are climate controlled and clean. The office is even clean, organized and well ran. One of the other reasons this is our favorite Public Storage is because of Mihila. Mihila is a superstar, he answers all the questions, is super friendly very knowledgeable and easy on the eyes LOL.

The facility is clean, restrooms available on a couple of the floors, good lighting, and easy access. The elevator could be a bit bigger, but that's about it, so far.
Personnel wise, Mihila really took care of me. He took the time to show me all the units available, got me the best rate, and made sure any questions were answered correctly. I had a concern while moving in, and he quickly made sure to remedy it.

Mihila provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service while dealing with a billing issue. He went above and beyond to assist me to the fullest. Definitely a model employee in my opinion and would be beneficial if ALL PUBLIC STORAGE associates modeled his service level. 10/10!!

Ms Angie was amazing! I currently have a unit at the Brookhaven location. There was a little bit of an issue going on and Miss ANGIE was able to resolve my issue. I had called multiple times With the same issue Where no one was able to help me. Miss ANGIE picked up the phone and took matters into her own hands. She made it really easy for me to transfer units. Public storage is lucky to have her on their team and if you need any assistance, definitely ask for Miss ANGIE!! She is an angel 😇

I have used this location 1801 Savoy Dr. for over a year. I have not had much interactions with the staff however, when needed the staff is AMAZING. I talked to Kendall on the phone with several questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He also came up with a better solution to what I needed accomplished. He informed me his manager Darius would be able to further help me upon my arrival.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Darius who went above and beyond. I am thankful to the superb customer service and the cleanliness of the property. If anyone should ever need a storage unit I recommend this location. Thank you Darius for all you do and making my process easy.

Kalia at (1801 Savoy Dr Chamblee, GA) is the best I went in today 07/28/2023 to switch my unit for a bigger one and she help me out and made the process easy. Without hesitation she took me to the new unit to make sure it’s the size I need and took care of the switch process with easy.
