This is one of the best units I've ever rented at. The staff is attentive and respond well to in person inquiries. Antoinette Cornelius when above and beyond to get exceptional service, I would highly recommend storing your stuff at this facility. If you prefer a seamless experience.

Terrible Service - Do Not Recommend!
I had a reservation with Public Storage for October 13th, and no one from the property showed up to remove the lock. I had just moved from out of state, so this delay has cost me extra money and unnecessary stress. I wasn’t the only one affected either—there were three other customers waiting for hours with me, and no one ever showed up.
I’ve called and left several messages, but no one has returned my calls. The office is never open during the posted business hours, and you can’t get through to a real person on any of the phone numbers. The lack of professionalism is shocking. I don’t know who the property manager is, but they’re clearly not doing their job and should be replaced.
This has been a horrible experience from start to finish. I do not recommend this place to anyone—save yourself the headache and go elsewhere!

This has to be the single worst place to have a storage unit. There's access control but you can't get to your stuff after 9pm. There's a dumpster there, that you can't throw things away in. The staff and management are rude constantly. Raised rent by $50, for no reason, and you get nothing for it. Do better than me. Pick a different brand and do the research before signing up.
Be cautious—they increase your rental rate every three months. It's frustrating. Don't be fooled by their initial special rate, only to face hike after hike. The staff suggest moving to a new unit, which is a poor business tactic. This is the worst storage company I've ever used. I'll be switching to a company that reviews rates annually, not every three months. This place might be okay for short-term storage, but it's definitely not a good fit for long-term use. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone—dealing with them feels like dealing with a shady car salesman.
Lavin is so amazing! He was so helpful. This is why my family has used this location for over 30 years! Incredibly and kind. Can't say enough about this location and about Lavon! Again public storage has taken me away!!

I have used this location 1801 Savoy Dr. for over a year. I have not had much interactions with the staff however, when needed the staff is AMAZING. I talked to Kendall on the phone with several questions. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He also came up with a better solution to what I needed accomplished. He informed me his manager Darius would be able to further help me upon my arrival.
Today I had the pleasure of meeting Darius who went above and beyond. I am thankful to the superb customer service and the cleanliness of the property. If anyone should ever need a storage unit I recommend this location. Thank you Darius for all you do and making my process easy.

Bad management
Kalia at (1801 Savoy Dr Chamblee, GA) is the best I went in today 07/28/2023 to switch my unit for a bigger one and she help me out and made the process easy. Without hesitation she took me to the new unit to make sure it’s the size I need and took care of the switch process with easy. Kalia customer service deserves a 10 star because she went above and beyond.
Why did you all go up on my rental fee. What did I miss in the fine print for it to go up $8? Im cancelling asap! Oh and then they have a rep call me randomly asking if I was cancelling, why didnt you have the rep fix my payment instead of asking slick questions trying to see what my next move was!

This is not the place to rent long term. Pricing has changed three times and I’ve rented a unit for less than 6 months. The doors on the side of the building have been broken since I started renting here, and there is almost never an employee on the property making it next to impossible to resolve issues.
I’m extremely disappointed with this facility.
Update: After posting this review I received a call from Management and the customer relations team at public storage, both the owner and the team at public storage worked to resolved above issues. The doors are now functioning and I was able to discuss rates for my unit. From what I have seen they are also making an effort to be more responsive to tenants.

When this place was managed by Cube Smart was excellent; once became Public Storage service, cleanliness and maintenance got worse, they only know to raise rates and have arrogant 'customer service' .
