The worst experience from start to finish. Requested a transfer of space, I told the representative when to schedule the transfer, she did not do what was asked. I was charged for 2 units. Called customer service to request the cancellation of the transfer of space/ move out, checked a couple of days later, the cancellation/move-out was never entered. I think they purposely do things like this to over charge customers. This will be my first and last time doing business with this company!

Imagine getting told one thing over the phone and when you get to the location it’s a problem. Although, I encountered a problem Mr. Robert made my day so much better. Quick service & very trustworthy. He was very knowledgeable about my issues and was determined to get it fixed. I was able to get it fixed very quickly. Everything was well taken care of with no incidents (clean as well), but there's only ever one person working here, and I had trouble getting any assistance. Couldnt get into the main office once due to it always being locked and/or with no-one here.

All my questions were answered.

Domeeka is a real deal for your company. She is very attentive respectful and she kniwd what she is doing. I strongly recommend a salary rise. If you are capable to raise spaces rates...YOU ARE CAPABLE TO RAISE HER SALARY. Note: She didn't ask me to write this to you!!

I haven't had much luck with customer service at these places, but Ms. Domeeka helped me out a lot. Not only did she listen to my needs regarding storage, she also showed empathy and made me feel comfortable.

DO NOT RENT A STORAGE HERE! I rented a storage unit with this company on December 12, 2022. I never placed anything in the unit but still paid my monthly payment on January 1, 2023.. I decided I would no longer require a storage unit and requested to vacate my storage unit around the middle of January and never received any correspondence back from the company so I assumed everything was taken care of and I was good to go until I received a text message on February 3rd and February the 8th telling me I owed for renting the unit for February. I spoke via chat with an agent and called and talked to someone and they both told me that because the lock was not removed from the unit I would still be charged as if I was using the unit, mind you the lock that is on the unit is one I purchased for the company itself. I was told that I needed to remove the lock from the unit to avoid additional late fees being charged to me so I immediately went to this business after getting off of the phone to remove the lock only to find out I no longer had access to get to my storage unit because I am locked out of the gate due to the unpaid balance. I was able to find the property manager and she called and talked to the district manager about my situation. After getting off of the phone the property manager told me until I paid the balance I would not be able to go remove the lock off of the unit. I then asked if she could just take the key from me and remove the lock herself and she told me she could not do that. First I think it was wrong for me to incur charges for February when I sent a request to vacate in January. I was told by the agent the vacate procedures are in the agreement you sign when you rent the unit, even so why not send a friendly reminder to customers that if they do not remove their locks they will still be charged rental fees. Second, why would you continue to charge someone for something that they cannot even gain access to fix, this is terrible and I feel like I’ve been played.

Laura was very nice and quick with my storage rental. The facility was clean and well kept. I also like the features on the app that make it easily accessible to enter the Store. Which was also assisted by Ms. Laura. So far I’m a proud customer.

Experience has been great dealing with Patrick!

I forgot my keys an hour and a half away and the property manager difld everything in his power to get me in without having to drive back!!!

Today was a very challenging day BUT Patrick made it bearable! His customer service and attentiveness meant the world to me! I could never thank him enough! Our car decided to have an issue and even though the problem could not be fixed today Patrick was very understanding. Please see Patrick for your storage needs! Thank you again!

Horrible company to work with. I have had countless issues with autopay where payments do not process in a timely manner, “late fees” are applied after confirmed payments are made, “bounce check” fees are taken out of my account… management has never, not even once, returned my phone calls. No credit or money back was given to me during these instances. RUN from this company!!!

Just moved my stuff in today. The process was easy. I had movers come in and I had some other things going on. Patrick helped me like he was my own personal concierge.
