Trish has a Great costumer service and excellent management in this public storage would definitely recommend it to anyone A+++
Deserves 0 stars!! No employees inside office and locked doors during peak business hours. No help as far as calling the help line either. No one answers the main line nor returns voicemails. A complete waste of a front office. I had to leave my unit unlocked, after finally figuring out how to get through the 2nd set of doors, to purchase my own lock. After being charged upfront for one of theirs and not receiving it, because once again no one's in the office to hand it out!!!!! Do better or just make the entire process possible without ever needing to deal with a person because there won't be one!!!!
Moved in today and was stuck inside the gate bc it was off track but Essence and Trish came and put in muscle work to get us out. This is after a hiccup with booking through customer service. These two made today's move so much less stressful. Def recommend.
I called to rent a storage at this facility. The guy was pretty cool. I drove from N.C. to ATL . When I got there the office was closed so I used my gate code to enter ( it actually worked) but my unit was in doors...I had no access code to get into the building. I tried to get in touch w/ someone anyone but no one called back. Finally my brother called customer service and the guy in customer service act like he didn't know what I was talking about until 20 mins later he finally gave me the code. I spent 1 total hours in the heat trying to get access to a door. So a few days later I go back to the unit to clear a few items and again no one was in the office. When I left a wal- mart of trash by a locked dumpster the manager called me to say I needed to come get the bag or she will charge me, I asked her if she can throw it away for me cause I was across town. She said ' No"! So when I got there I asked her did she have that light bulb to be replaced in my unit cause it was blown out, she said she didn't know about that issue. When we get to the unit my 12 yrs old son had to do her job and put the light bulb in cause she said she was on light duty at work. This will be my first and last time dealing w/ this particular property...I need someone who can do their job and not be on light duty!
Although I closed my storage 2 months ago. The manger Trish never canceled my account so now they’ve charged me 3 months on top of additional fees. I have contacted an attorney on this manner. Writing for your protection, use a different storage company.
Avoid this facility at all cost! I drove 5 hours to pick up an auction unit. Upon arrival the manager was sitting in her car, after seeing me standing for 15 minutes she told me that she just clocked out for lunch, so it would be another 30 minutes before she could help me. I sat outside waiting and then finally she came to the door to let me know she was ready. I gave her my ID and then she states, “ You came all this way for just a table and paid over $300 dollars for a table?”. Keep in mind it was supposed to be a complete living-room suite, a table and a few other ends and odds. I told she had to have the wrong unit. At that point, she told me the man had wrote a bad check and picked up most of his items. Of course I wanted to verify the contents in the unit, but she stated I would have to pay and keep it if I looked. After taking the people from the auction facility, she agreed to let me take a look; However at that point I was ready to go. Not to mention she had me standing outside while she was on another call(hence the picture below). Needless to say I drove 5 hours, paid over $500 for a hotel for the weekend, paid $350 to rent a pick up truck- only to be mislead and stole from. I will never purchase another unit in Atlanta.

Horrible customer service. They cannot print out verification that I have been vacated. This is pretty ridiculous.

Purchased a unit and was denied because it was 5:30pm and they closed at 6pm.
Also was asked for a refund and they took my money and did not refund for the unit I purchased same day.
I highly suggest not going here if you care about your personal things.
The manage “Trisha “ or tristian should not have a job dealing with others if she is gonna treat people like that.
I understand we all go through things but I had someone help me with their truck and didn’t have him to come back the next day when I needed to be out my place .
I hope someone sees this and it helps them.

Literally the worst experience ever. Everyone knows how stressful moving can be. dealing with this location added to that in a major way.
I made a reservation for unit a couple days prior to move out date. On the day that I was supposed to be moving my things into my storage unit I go to this location and I cannot get in. I’m using the app and the app will not open the gate so I walk up to the access code box and type in the access code that was given to me and it says my code cannot be recognized. Now, during this time, there were other people who also could not access the gate. There was no one in the office, and when you called the phone number, no one answers the phone. Instead they tell you to leave a voicemail and someone will call you back. Well if I’m in the middle of moving, I kind of need to be able to reach someone in the moment. I called customer service and they can’t help me either so I go back to my apartment to finish packing up some more things and decided that I would try again later on that afternoon . When I get back about four hours later, no one is still at the office, no one is answering the phone or calling me back, and the app and access codes Still don’t work. When I call customer service back for a third time they essentially say there’s nothing that they can do and that they will send my issue to the district manager. They provided no solutions and left me in an extremely stressful situation , when I called back the next day to speak to someone in regards to my refund, they then said they would not or could not refund me. This by far has been the worst experience in customer service in a long time…nobody on site to help you gate code doesn’t work and customer service doesn’t care I would recommend going next-door to Extra Space Storage … They actually have business hours posted with a representative working on site every day.
Great customer service and an very helpful staff
This may be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. REALLY. I reserved a 10x15 unit for Sept 1st. A couple of days after I made the reservation, realizing I needed less space, I called and asked a rep to downsize my reservation and to push the reservation out a few weeks. "Someone will get back to you within 72 hours, he told me." Which I thought was odd. Anyway, nobody called. So an HOUR ago, I dialed Public and asked the person who answered to make the changes. An hour later, after speaking with 6 customer service reps, I finally told they wouldn't do what I asked. So I'm giving up my $29 deposit and moving on to a company that will treat me better. Which I imagine is any other company in the storage space.
Wanted to check out a unit. Trish was there and very helpful.

I purchased a unit at public storage from an auction. Trish was helping other customers when I got there but she took the time to acknowledge me when I came through the door and told me she’ll be right with me. She made me feel very welcomed. She made my process easier and extremely smooth.
Trish was amazing! She was in the middle of putting her office together but she still found time to help me and answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re interested in purchasing public storage.

Today I came in to look a storage unit, I believe it was a 10×20, anyway...Trish was the one to help me. She was so friendly and warm, which was comforting going forward with all the questions I had. She is very knowledgeable about the storage units, in fact I didn't even need a 10x20 I needed a 10x10. I'm so grateful for her assistance.

Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable
Only gets 2 stars because it is convenient location and all 1st floor layout is easier than elevator access. Other than that there are much newer and nicer places around at the same cost (Extra Space).
After ~1 year into my rental my monthly rate nearly doubled while for new customers it was around same price as what I was paying initially. Because I know they have a ton of vacancies in my building I called to see if they could reduce my rate to new customer or match Extra Space. I guess this is not a thing with Public Storage and the "property manager" I spoke with could have cared less that I could get a unit for ½ the price at the newer and much nicer Extra Storage less than 2 blocks away so I am moving right on out.
Hallways are dirty, the access doors to the interior units are regularly just wide open, the driveways are in sore need of repaving and you have to get in and out of your car to punch in your code to open the gate. Fortunately I did not encounter any rodent issues that were pointed out previously, the rodent bait traps look very new so maybe they finally addressed that problem.
Just pass right on by and go to one of the 3 Extra Space properties within ½ mile of here that have similar if not cheaper pricing. Lindbergh & Lenox and Lenox & Buford are all interior, the one right next door on Cheshire has outdoor units but is a little bit older. The property managers at Extra Space are much nicer and actually care about their properties and clients.

this is my first time needing storage and Chad made the process super easy. he gave me a tour of the size I was interested in and made sure to still meet all of my requests. he helped me navigate the app and even cleaned the floor of my unit. he kindly explained the payment process to me and answered all of my questions. he was very helpful and knowledgeable without making me feel bad for not knowing much. I really recommend this location mostly for Chad's hospitality. thank you!!!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO USE THIS FACILITY!!! My experience with this facility has been horrible and I want to save you the trouble and money of using them to store your item. The grounds are rat infested(please see pic) and when I reached out to management in reference to a rat being in a unit near mines, they were dismissive and unresponsive. I started to move my items out of the unit after that but unfortunately my unit flooded(see pic) due to a “broken pipe” on the grounds. I’ve since moved all my items but I would hate for anyone else to have to deal with the lack of management, concern, decency or care for your items. Unless you want your items filled with roaches, rats and potential water damage. Plenty of other storage facilities in the area which I’d advise you to use.
My personal belongings were destroyed by mold and mildew in less than 2 weeks time by leaving my belongings at this place. When I came to remove the items destroyed and covered in mold at ths dumpster— I was charged a $75 fee for “my unit not being left in rented condition”. And when asked about it—the lady was rude and dismissive! I would not recommend this facility by any means and I’m personally seeking damages.

They never answer the phone I have to call 5 time anyone answers the phone. When I needed a new lock they called me and told me that I needed one but didn’t explain to me that I had to stop by the office for them to see the lock. It was a waste of time, money and gas for my uhual.
Trish was there and she was amazing. She greeted us with a smile and asked the right questions to make sure we were getting the right unit. We ended up renting a 10X10 and the experience couldn’t have been more pleasant.
