Public storage lures you in with cheaper prices for storage units and then gradually raises the prices higher. From $99 to $126 now to $150 all within a little over a year for the smallest 5x10 they have. Typical bait and switch. And it's not even temperature controlled inside, the AC hasn't even been on the last few times Ive gone there.

I’ve called almost every Public Storage facility in Atlanta, Ga. I’ve even called the home office several times. And couldn’t receive any information that I needed about me being over charged. That’s until I interacted with this young lady named Rashand at PS 5711 Roswell Road. I mean she knew her job inside and out!!!! She explained to me in a matter of seconds what some didn’t do in hours. This young lady needs a raise, no better yet she need a promotion!….And to skip over her would probably make a serious minded person less serious. But let me take that back because I just think it’s her nature to be Pleasant and knowledgeable. And my care is usually right.

I have had this storage for over 2 years. This is the second time you guys blocked my account on the 3rd of February and I been in the hospital since the 2nd of February but at least I thought enough to try and post. Yall sent me emails testy I can't respond and now yall wasn't extra money. I pray noone here ever gets sick cause they definitely didn't respond to my voice mail or emails
When i arrived i need to upgrade space and Shannon was on duty. She is a manger at another location but was filling in for someone on this particular day. She was a dream to work with. very professional and made me feel comfortable all afternoon while i moved my stuff in. Also, another one of her colleagues, Onika was working with her and was a major help to me as well. Thank you both!

Kudos to Onika, as she does the best she can whenever she's readily available. She's goes above and beyond to be helpful. At this particular location, I always have to try to get the timing right whenever I go here because as it turns out she's the only person working at the location (at least that's what it appears to be whenever I visit)! I'm not one to tell people how to run their business but it seems to me one person may not be enough the entire day to guarantee good customer experience. I must also mention that the elevators are a little scary, and in a state of neglect it seems. It's not fun riding them.

Not sure how this place has such great reviews, it’s literally a dump the A/C barely work and the staff is never there and when the staff is there they’re rude. The price has gone up twice in the last 6 months. They put you on a time limit to unload and load your belongs that you pay rent at. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it’s way nicer storage units it’s just minutes away. I finally moved out and went to the Extra storage space down the street, WAY better service and quality of building. This place just lost a long time client.
Avoid this place at all cost. It's cheap but you get what you pay for. The place is absolutely disgusting. Roaches everywhere. Water leaking into storage units. And "climate control" is debatable. It's hot as hell. The people are never in the office during advertised office hours. And the interaction I have with staff have been terrible, very rude.
Review of the new property manager William Miller. I had trouble getting in the gate and my code would not work. I didn't even have to call them he called me! He kept me on the phone while troubleshooting and ensured that the new gate code would work. He was polite, professional, and efficient. Major difference than with previous team members.
The Manager William was very helpful in suggesting my 5x5 unit for the amount of stuff I had to store that unit came insured up to amount of 5000 dollars which by Public Storage for the first month and it's on 15.00 month I would this was the best customer service I've had in a while I wanna thx William for be so kind and helpful in my situation

I’ve been renting an unit at this place a long time and the costume service her is terrible! Today is the worst day so far. I’ve been knocking the door for more than 1 hr, calling it and I can hear someone talking on the phone and refusing to open the door. Even if it’s a break I don’t think it takes more than one hour! I need the cart and they are keeping it . I have time to be somewhere else, they are just non professional and selfish when comes to clients. I’m talking about today but happens the same when you try to call to ask questions . I don’t understand why come to work if you don’t want to work

Trish is literally my main bitchhhh honey she is so nice. I came in on a freezing winter day and she told me just made the hottest chicken pot pie and she gave me a piece. She was so sweet helping us set everything up in this beautiful facility and I can’t wait to see her smiling face every time ❤️❤️❤️
