They have changed the locks twice without informing any of the storage renters. My husband is now unable to get into our storage unit. Again. There’s no one on site and no number to call.

They finally permanently fixed the light on our triple unit. Took them long enough. These people are CROOKS. I wouldn't trust them in a outhouse with a muzzle on!

The days of 4 or 5 stars are GONE! We have had a unit here for five years and it was always a positive experience . Well there no longer any employees assigned to this unit . The desk area gone it’s now self serve auto bot garbage. Had to do a lot of box opening and reorganizing last week . NO Dollies anywhere at all . Then there was NO AC in our climate controlled area in the middle of this heatwave . We tried to go thru some boxes for an hour and we were sopping wet and lightheaded and sick . Had to put everything back . Called customer service . No local ppl anymore . A woman who was nice in Nevada said they would do a work order . A week later we went back and started again still no AC !!!! My papers in there are now musty from being in the heat and it has made a stressful time the worst in history ! You will pay top dollar and I was glad to when I knew someone was there every know and then even to check on things .
But beware !!!! This is not climate controlled anymore and there is not a soul to talk to . DO not use any of these newly unstaffed Public storage facilities !!!

Besides some great times shared there the place is horrible. Customer service is horrific and the rent more than tripled monthly without any notice. On sight manager is never there and was incredibly rude when asked about monthly rent almost doubling in price. We were simply told that the date for auction was set and would proceed if total amount wasn't paid in full, including a late fee assessed while we inquired further about monthly rent increase. Paying over $408/m for a filthy, non- climate controlled unit where the on sight manager is never present and you're not allowed 24 hour access to your own belongings. Plan on moving my stuff out at the earliest opportunity and will never use them again!!
Would not recommend. We got a 10 x 30 ft outdoor / drive up unit here for a few weeks. The floor was filthy, covered in motor oil or some sort of sludge. We had to purchase 3 tarps to cover the floor and protect our belongings. The property itself has a lot of standing water so expect your belongings to be damp while they are stored.
The property manager was also largely not available on property and seldom returned our messages. The property manager also told us this location is moving to become 100% self service, with no manager on-site.
If you are using a professional moving company to move belongings into your storage unit, there is limited access for an 18-wheeler to get into the facility. It's doable, but make sure you get a unit on the end of the right hand aisle to avoid having to do a long walk to your unit.
Vivvie was excellent!
On October 29th 2022 I got a phone call saying that my lock on my storage was improperly locked. And I was not there for seven weeks. And the manger on duty was smiling when she told me that it was unlocked. I firmly believe it is no longer a safe place to put your stuff.
The customer service here with Vivvie was phenomenal! She helped us with the whole process fast and efficiently, and also made us laugh a couple times. Great experience with this Public storage overall. Thank you Vivvie!

DO NOT STORE anything at this business. It is horribly run and floods constantly. Had all of our possessions stored there from an out of state move and our storage area flooded. Not only did the business NOT NOTIFY us until several weeks later, they allowed our items to sit in 3" of muddy water for weeks. Almost everything we owned was destroyed. We also incurred costs for having ruined items removed . Worst of all, after 14 months Public Storage has done NOTHING to recover any of our losses- despite numerous calls to corporate office and following all of the guidelines for submitting a claim, including providing receipts for recently purchased items.
Avoid this location and Public Storage no matter what
This place was exactly what I needed when i was moving. The staff was very helpful with everything.

Not completely weather or moisture proof. The doors and locks need to be upgraded/reinforced. Not too bad if u need to find storage quickly.
The gate opens quickly with the app and the facility is clean and tidy. Our new storage unit was ready for us with a pad lock included. The unit was well insulated and the floor was clean smooth concrete. The rate seemed good for the area when I originally booked it.
