Kenny was an absolute lifesaver when I was moving in. He made the whole process super smooth and stress-free. Everything was crystal clear and concise, and he had all the info I needed about how things work. He really made it easy for me, and I highly recommend him to anyone who’s moving in. He even went out of his way to save me some money and I really appreciate that. I started with a 10x15 and ended up upgrading to a 10x20, and we got it all done in less than 15 minutes! He’s a great guy and I’d definitely recommend him.

They painted all buildings too look asthetically pleasing but Maintenance is lacking They don't replace weatherstripping on doors & dirt leaves bugs & debris gets in units They don't repair torn ceilings when previous owners have moved out

Call ahead of time to confirm when someone will actually be there if you need in-person customer assistance. The hours they say someone is there are grossly inaccurate. Calling the phone number posted on the door is a joke - you will only get the run around and attitude when asking for help. This location does not value their customers. The facility is also in need of updating - numbers completely worn off key pads so you have no idea how to enter codes to get into the doors for access.
Sam was extremely helpful during my process of opening a storage unit. He’s definitely an asset here with excellent customer service.

Casey was extremely helpful when I had questions about loading and unloading a POD. The facility was always easy to access, clean, and I never had any issues with my unit in the 2 years I was there. Also, the manager does daily checks of all units and one time contacted me when my unit was accidentally left unlocked and that was a great peace of mind.

The property is always clean when I go to my unit.
We have stored for a few years with this facility. They have always been efficient and very easy to work with. We recently had a small water leak in our unit and were immediately offered a chance to move to a new unit. They even took off any charges for the move. The lady who works at this facility is very nice and worked very hard to make all the payments work out. Very highly recommend this place and want to say thanks to the staff there for taking care of the water leak problem. Best experience I've ever had at a storage place.

My husband and I came into the Red Bug location and was enthusiastically greeted by Casey. We told her we wanted to downsize as the unit we were in had gone up to over $300 per month! She explained what smaller units were available, and was incredibly knowledgeable answering all our questions. While there, my husband was looking online and noticed there was a price differential and she went ahead and honored that for us. As it turned out, the smaller unit was right next to the one we already had! Loved how she connected with us, her enthusiastic manner as she was such a breath of fresh air since we commonly come across many who have poor customer service skills. She made the process of transferring from one unit to the other with such ease. She is such a pleasure and Casey is absolutely the right person you have running that location!

The people who work there are very helpful, but the company as a whole is sheisty. We reserved (prepaid and everything) a unit last year, and when we showed up, it wasn't available. Went through a huge ordeal to get a unit, and we ended up with a larger unit than we wanted, and they assured us the rates would be the same as the original unit. 1 year and 2 increases on rent totaling $100 a month more and I have called to ask them what could be done as we can't afford the unit now and I was told there is nothing they can do price increases are inevitable.... I get it.. But I was not expecting $100 a month increase in a year...customer service was very apologetic... and I feel for them working for a company that would do this to their customers. But I personally would be finding another job. Do not fall for the lower prices to get you in the door... you will be paying double in a very short time.
This Public Storage located on Red Bug Lake Rd is exceptionally good. I met with the staff Monique who explained everything to me. Her mannerism was so friendly, calm, and respectful in such a professional way to all who was there ahead of me and myself. Whatever was confusing, or a sudden change needed to be done- she was there to immediately assist the client with clarity. Thank you Monique. The storage space was clean and well maintained. Even the Movers commented on how clean it was, and I did not need to put anything on the floor for my mattresses. My unit was large enough for my belongings. There is security at all times. One night I had to collect something from the storage, and it was late and I was concern. But as soon as I entered my code at the gate-the lights, and I am sure the cameras came on and guided me to my storage space. This Storage is very clean, smells good, and the staff is fantastic. I recommended this Storage to anyone who is in need of one.
