I got tired of coming to this place and finding the office closed, they should have someone always in the office, in such a big company I don't understand how High Management don't pay attention to that. I would not recommend this place.

I rented a small unit so me and a few friends could store our motorcycles for hurricane Milton. I have been trying to retrieve my bike from the unit but the gate has been chained shut for 5 days and counting. The area is not damaged or flooded so there is no reason to delay reopening of the lot. There are multiple other people also trying to access their units to retrieve items they need in order to work. This is absolutely ridiculous and customer service has been of no help. I have been told they will be opening the lot "tomorrow" for 2 days in a row so far.

I called public storage to reserve a unit for my things, specifically asking for a climate control unit. I was told the unit I reserved will have climate control. They then told me to finish the check in and payment online and so I did that. Once I arrived with my uhaul, ready to unload I stopped into the office asking about renting a lock. I confirmed with the girl working the office that morning, that the unit has climate control and she then told me that all of the units do not have climate control. I asked for a full refund and she told me the $30 starting fee is non refundable but could only refund the lock. I then asked if I could get a transfer to another public storage, down the street that she claimed she was in charge of but couldn't even do that without me paying another $30. I was very upset about the situation and having to find a different storage nearby with limited time. Do not pay online before going there.

It's efficient you put there app on your phone and it opens the gate you go to your space that you purchased on line don't have to talk to anybody or go in any office ,it's not air conditioned and there's no lights in space so make sure you bring a flash light !

They hike your rates (triple) without notifying you and charge your card.
Before you rent a storage please be mindful, there is a new person in charge right now she is rude and if you miss I few days of payment she will put her own lock in your storage and you will find everything you have in there misplace because she will go through your stuff. The other people who were in charge before her were better.
Let me tell you make sure you go see Mary Ann ! She is the most helpful most patient funniest individual you will ever meet ! She gets you what you need ! And quick 10/10 recommend
