I was helping a friend rent a storage unit. We stopped by one afternoon about 30 minutes prior to closing time. The unit I had selected was outside and we needed one inside. John was at the office. Although initially we were disappointed and upset on top of tired, John was very patient and jovial and good-natured. He kept a contagious calm about him and showed empathy for our situation. By the time we were done signing a new contract, we felt like we were the best of friends with him. He showed us to our unit and explained everything to us in detail. Forget about the fact that by the time we were done it was past closing time!!! He never rushed us or seemed anxious to leave in the least.
John was the only reason why we did not walk out of there to rent someplace else. And we are certainly happy we are Public Storage customers now!

I have been renting a storage unit at Public Storage in Weston for over 1 year now and I needed some extra space so I went in to the office to check if they had a larger unit available and I was greeted by Linda. Linda was great and provided exceptional customer service and she helped me making the best decision for my needs which was instead of moving to a larger unit, I decided to rent an additional unit and keep both units at Public Storage. I highly recommend this Public Storage because every time I needed help everyone in the office is super helpful and specially Linda she is the BEST.

I’ve been using this facility for years and it has gone through many changes including ridiculous constant increases in rent. The current manager, Linda, is very professional and tries to help. Yesterday the elevator was off and this morning the gate access was not allowing entry to the many people trying to get into their storage units to start the work day.

At the end of an online sign-up, I got an error message and text that I'd been charged. Thank goodness for the text from them because I thought it hadn't gone through. I called an I got a man named Victor who was super helpful in verifying the details and confirming that I have an actual account (YAY). Last night, when I went in, the guy said there was nothing and I thought he was gaslighting me (it was almost closing time 5:52), so I went on and checked online this morning. He did say things may open up today though, perhaps they did. Previous visit, 2 weeks ago (around 3 pm), a young woman gave me a tour that helped me decide which I wanted. She said she looked forward to having my business, so I felt welcomed and came back. Hopefully, the experience continues to be this nice as I've never rented storage before.
