Las bodegas son amplias, bien distribuidas, y en general las instalaciones son bonitas. Tiene seguridad electrónica en la entrada, sin embargo el servicio al cliente es deficiente, fuimos varias veces y no encontramos a la persona encargada nunca ni respondió las llamadas telefónicas.
Robin was so helpful and patient she walked us all the way to see the storage to make sure it was the one I needed. She explained everything with the pricing and sizing differences to make sure I picked the perfect one for my stuff. Thank you so much Robin!

HORRIBLE experience. They would not allow me access to the storage space and then would not give me a refund! I had a trailer full of stuff and they could not get the property manager to answer their phone. I was finally able to speak to a manager and they told me they would reverse the payment and give me a refund. They lied and I had to fight it with my credit card. Then, they sent me to collections because Amex did their dispute and found them to be wrong. I have no idea how these people sleep at night. They are charging people and not giving them access to the units.
The best service when I began my storage, and finally found my new home. I will be leaving and transferring to another location in Tennessee which has already helped immensely.

I have no idea how these people have almost 5 stars. I rented a unit online and paid, loaded all my stuff in a trailer, and went to the location. The office was closed and there wasn't anyone there (this was at 1:30 in the afternoon). So, I called the property manager and no answer. Called again, left a message, and no answer. I had to call the sales line to even be able to speak to someone and by that point I just wanted to cancel the reservation. The lady I spoke to was difficult and would not refund the "administration fee" even though I was not able to access the unit or get a refund for the lock since I brought my own rather than taking the one they force you to pay for. She escalated the call to another person and he told me he had to "put in a request" and was not sure if they would refund me the money. Its like they are ripping people off! Beware of the company!!!!!

Ridiculously expensive. They've raised my rent +$150/mon every 12 months for past 3 years. The roof leaks=mold.. rat and cockroach infested. I'm presently moving out and throwing away most of my possessions covered in mold... soiled with urine from rats... boxes and items chewed by same rats... my bad for staying in this place for years.
This Public Storage is not Good if your late they charge you an arm and a leg. if you can sell your stuff because in the long run it will cost you a lot more when you rent forever. I learn my lesson the hard way.

Storage facility has recently been updated and is very clean. All storage units are covered, making this a nice facility in South Floridas unpredictable weather. I've edited the following after speaking to the manager and clearing up the adjustments: The only problem is their rates. They keep raising their rates every 6 months by double digit increases that are completely unnecessary. UPDATE: Their rates continue to rise unnecessarily at a much faster rate than inflation. Basically a 40% increase in one year. I've now rented a 1500 Sq ft warehouse with 18' ceilings for a little more than 2x what Public Storage charges for a single 360 Sq ft storage unit. I moved out of 4 PS units and am saving money. They no longer make financial sense for a small business to use.

If I could give zero stars I would. When we went to reserve the space the manager said he would repair the giant holes in the walls but I would need to leave the unit unlocked for them to access it. When I came with the moving truck a few weeks later they told me my unit had been rented to someone else even after I had paid weeks prior. The girl at the office said it was her discretion to rent any unit without a lock. After waiting for more than hour for them to find another space and redo all of my paperwork and have the movers wait and charge me for the time I finally got another space also with issues on the wall but I could no longer wait any longer. As i did the transition to a new unit in the system and because of everything that happened you would think I would get some type of credit but they only gave me a small discount. Because we changed the unit number and on their system I still showed renting the old one I was never allowed to pay online....always had to go physically to the store to pay. We tried endlessly to fix this with corporate but they said only the store could fix it. After being there for a few months (4) we were informed that we would have a 40% increase. These guys are a total mess and the customer service is non existent. The employees attitude with everything is "deal with it". If you are thinking of renting here any other option is better than here.

The facility is good. I lost the key to my unit. Dolly stepped in to save the day. She arranged for the lock to be cut and made everything easy. You do not realize the difference an employee can make until things go wrong! Dolly is great!!

When you can actually reach someone by phone they are friendly. Sign said they were open on weekends but no one was there. I was also told that I would have to acquire a unit online but the e service was not available. I can’t speak on daily facility service as I never made it to that point but my experience was mediocre at a bad time also.

In the middle of a very inconvenient situation DOLLY was extremely exceptional and outstanding with helping get access to the storage unit that she wasn’t even working at . I came to public storage in desperation looking for a box to ship a Christmas gift to my nephew and I met Dolly the attendant who was an Angel and GOD sent. She was super helpful because I was mailing an electronic piano that was too long to contain a box. Dolly did an extraordinary job in recreating a box and taped it together for the gift to fit in. I am so grateful for her assistance and help. She did not complain, she was so innovative and so helpful! Thank You again dolly if you are reading this.
