I have recently purchased a storage at this facility and the employee Tony was an awesome employee. Very polite, friendly,and welcoming. Answered every questions I had I definitely would recommend this place to others and wil continue renting from this company should I need it in the future. Also when I had called the companies main office to find a storage unti available the phone rep was very helpful and I didn't want to look for any other options after I spoke to her.

I was just at the public storage units on 5014 s Dale mabry hwy.After a very long week following hurricane Milton.Sabrina at the front desk helped me tremendously and made me feel at ease during a trying and confusing time.I thank her very much for all her help. She really went above and beyond to accommodate my every need and I wanted to take some time to publicly thank her for all her help.

Used this storage facility for 7 months for my job. Though the facility and units are not updated and a bit worn down, the customer service makes it worth renting here! Sabrina is extremely friendly and accommodating. She was always on-site with a smiling face and there for assistance if ever needed. I would rent from here again simply because of Sabrina!

Do NOT use this storage facility... My personal belongings were infested with rat feces and urine. I have called the management many times to inform them about the infestation and they refused to give me a credit back or reimbursement. I had to pay a company to remove the final belongings and dispose of them.

I've been doing public I've been doing business with public storage for over 10 years. The customer service never ceases to amaze me. Now at my newest store where Sabrina just helped me above and beyond what her job duties are I'm sure highly recommend store your things here Sabrina's got an eye out for it
The unit I rented online was filthy when I arrived to move my stuff in. The picture below are of the back wall of the unit and the floor. There was dirt, debris, and several animal droppings all over the floor and a approx a 6 inch wide hole accross the back full of dirt. Sabrina who was working there seemed like she did not want to be bothered and could care less when i told her. Shrugged and said " the unit has been sitting for a while and that's what happens." I cancelled my contract and left. They should be checking units prior to customers arriving to move their stuff in. Very unsanitary. Very disapointed in whole situation.

I initially looked at this location due the proximity of my home. There are newer facilities not too far away. I am so glad I chose this Public Storage. The rental process was easy. When I went there on the first day it was all ready for me. This facility is clean, easy to navigate and well organized. The why became apparent when I met Sabrina. She is friendly and cares about the renters. Great service and very personable. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Sabrina at the Public Storage location on Dale Mabry Hwy in South Tampa. The size of the storage unit meets my needs and Sabrina is very helpful walking clients through use of the Public Storage App. She also walked me through specials that were available and helped me confirm my reservation for my PCS Household Goods delivery. Definitely recommend this location for competitive rates and helpful customer service.

Sabrina is amazing! Always helpful and friendly. She helped make the transition smoothly. Any time I need to store again, I will go to the one on S Dale Mabry Hwy location. When dealing with stressful things like moving all your household items in or out of storage, it makes things easier when you have a property manager that is aware, helpful and FRIENDLY (seems like nowadays no one has those qualities).
It started out ok, but over two years multiple price increases doubled the rent. Rat droppings in unit and no food or anything that would attract them. Insulation flakes off of ceiling with the heat. Other customers bust holes in drywall. Access was fine, no issues with payment clerk was helpful.

Sabrina is Amazing!! (She was helping my husband and I get our account set up for the Public Storage 2 miles down the road where we rented from since the manager at that location was unavailable). Sabrina explained things well and was very helpful! She said if I needed anything, just give her a call. I got to the other Public Storage location to try my door code and it didn’t work. I called Sabrina, she came over to fix the door & then my door code worked. (The door latch was flipped up). She truly was helpful and made our move a lot better by being efficient, helpful, and friendly!! Sabrina needs a raise!:) Public Storage would be fortunate to keep her as a manager.
