Liz was extremely helpful and is very knowledgeable of running a storage facility, my business has stored here since before public storage and it was a transition. Ever since Liz has run the property she has been so sweet, keeps the facility nice and is always happy to help. The company I work for has 5 units at the property, so having a great manager to assist us makes a world of difference. Thank you Liz!

My experience at this location should of been outstanding but due to the lack of professionalism was below standards. the heavy set female manger was outside smoking in front of the entrance on the phone which i thought was very unprofessional and did not even acknowledge me as i continued to walk inside to the other female employee for assistance. and the lingering smell of cigarette smoke was definitely not a good look but i still went in to ask about renting a unit but unfortunately the size i needed was not available clean store but they should have a smoke free property or a designated smoke area definitely not a professional look for the establishment and upper management should reprimand the property manger for that this is why i givin this location one star. the other young lady was nice and professional i think her name was morgan but hopefully in the future this issue will be corrected

I have been a customer here since April 2022. On 7/3/2024, I was called and screamed at by Rueben that my belongings would be sold next day. I told him that wasn’t true and went up there. When I arrived “Ruben” was sitting behind the desk with the door locked, 530pm. Ruben unlocked the door didn’t greet me sat back down and said “what do you need” I said remove the lock from 1410. Ruben told me to tell him “please” Ruben also said I didn’t greet him he’ll do as I ask if I said please and talk nicely…after going back and forth Ruben told me my space was delinquent $41, he said I needed to go to another facility to be assisted, etc. I called the police and the 888# and filed a complaint. The police told me he can’t make him allow me permission to access my belongings and said Ruben gave him a paper saying I’m $481 past due. The rep on the phone tried to explain to the officer I am current and should be allowed access. The officer declined. At 5:58 Ruben told the officer it’s time for him to leave work and that I will need to come back next day. I was told the district manager would follow up. Since I have called the store several times. I have call the toll free number several times. The property manager Liz has left a voicemail but now when I call back Rueben answers and the phone and I hang up each time I hear his voice. Over 2 years and I have never been anything other than professional. My rates constantly increase and I don’t complain. I pay my bill and keep it moving. 7/3 I was denied access to my belongings. I work out of town. This was a huge inconvenience. I want action taken towards this employee. I want a contact number that doesn’t require me to speak with the person I called the police for help with. I don’t want to deal with the person that told me to BEG “please” to access my belongings. Thank you.

This is the first time,I am using a storage facility. Very clean ,neat & organized place. Genrally staff r very polite and helpful . Sam on the front desk was very helpful and went above his call of duty to guide me. Overall had to rent out a storage unit for more than 7 months. One feedback. They need to be transparent on the lock fees(25 $). It was supposed to be refundable but on return,they told i hv to return within 30 days. That was disappointing. Additionally Lost 100$ due to lack of clear communication on insurance charge( 15$ everymonth). It is kind of force down & for the unintiated, you get stuck with that..

One note I will mention is I do not like how much rates sky rocket at this location month after month but I know its above the employees so can't fault them for that!

I have had many storage units with other facilities (UHaul, US Storage, etc). This company and its pricing practices are despicable. The local property managers are nice and the facilities are mostly managed well. But the billing is deceptive and out sourced. I did not have an introductory rate. Within three months my rent went up by 30% which they said was “market adjustment”. My other units had also adjusted for the market but not by 30%. They are cheats and deceptive. After 3 months I left. Do not waste your time or money.

I store at this location for a while now. Liz is amazing and really gets to know her customers. She always speaks to me when walking the property. The property is always very clean. Thank you Liz and the other employees I sometimes see idk their names.

I really don’t understand how this location have this high of a rating when the “manager” has the worst customer service skills ever. She acts as if she is the CEO of Public Storage and doesn’t report to anybody. She is very argumentative and condescending. I had to hang up on her because she doesn’t allow anyone else to speak. I guess she just loves to hear her own voice!! Whoever hired her also needs to be fired!! I will definitely be taking a trip to Tampa to get all of my stuff out of this facility expeditiously!! I have been a customer for over 9 years and I refuse to be treated in this manner especially after spending THOUSANDS of dollars for a storage unit!!!

By far the worst public storage I’ve been to and I’ve been doing business with them awhile. There is a complete disregard or concern for that of the customer. I came in earlier in the month the make sure I’d paid my storage because I hadn’t seen a payment come out of my account the woman at the desk Liz with glasses and brown short hair. told me I was fine she’s looking at my auto payment. I come back today and the same woman is tellin me I hadn’t paid my storage bill due to no funds which Is something she yelled because she was agitated by me being agigated. Then yells like oh well. Processed outside where I was parked to continue to degrade me shame on you all

My friend rented a unit at this location, Great manager Liz and a nice unit. Due to this when I was looking for storage I came here and rented right from Liz.

Liz was simply fantastic. Had issue day prior when she was not there and came back today and she fixed everything. She is very knowledgeable and clearly a great asset to Public Storage.

They were simply TERRIBLE. I got a good promo rate by a nice lady clerk in-person at a location in Tampa, Florida. But then a few days later their computer system charged my card twice for $108, had a horrible time with "customer service," eventually got to a supervisor only be told they couldn't / wouldn't post those unauthorized charges onto my card. The guy said I'd requested Two 10" X 10" units instead of one...??!!! even though I rented only One and had the confirmation. He hung up one me. I got my money back but only through disputing the charges with the bank, so Public Storage tried to steal from me but instead stole from my bank. I got my stuff out of there well before the first 30 days were up. They have a supposedly good reputation, but I'll never trust them again.

CJ was awesome helping us today, he had the answers we needed or he knew how to get them. Really appreciate him! And I would recommend this location!

This is absolutely crazy! I came here and the place was basically closed for 1.5 hour. Called every number I saw & they told me well it should be opened. 1.5 hour late 2 sleazy guys pulled into the front parking then got in from the back and open the store. They told us they were at lunch break ( they said 45 min although 1.5 hour break elapsed before they came). If a lunch break is provided they should advertise that so people don’t go wait for nothing. YPeople were frustrated & the same sleazy guys told them well, you can wait or not wait ! Up to you. I haven’t seen anything like this before ever. This is the most unprofessional place/ employees ever! I don’t recommend this place stay away !!

I have 2 units a this location I closed the small one out… recvd email that my unit closed however ITS THE WRONG ONE they closed an no one is answering the phone… After he looked up the units and we verified which one it was he still closed around and went out and now I’m finding this out and they are closed my stuff is still in my big unit and that’s the email I received that they closed it

They don't have 24 hour access. That's the only drawback. Other then that they have great security. I left my unit unlocked and they noticed the same day and put their own locks on there for me. Helpful and friendly staff. Use the app to unlock the gate. It's much easierthan the 10 digit random code they generate for you.

Excellent customer service by Liz. I was able to get a new storage space very quickly. This is the best public storage place I know. I wouldn't choose any other storage place.

I used this storage facility many times and this is the first time I have had a problem with rats and mice. When you try to go into the office and file a claim through the insurance they require you to purchase the office is never actually open when it says it is open. They are supposed to open at 9am and they actually opened at 11am. There is no phone number on the door either. Unacceptable business practices collecting money and no help whatsoever with issues.
