Huge roaches, had to leave property so I wouldn't bring them with me. Had to throw stuff away, I would have stuff so infested you could just shake or tap stuff the roaches would spill out.

On Friday the 30th of August , it was early before opening . I just hung up the phone with a technical support girl that was unjustifiably rude , and very unhelpful , when i crossed paths with an amazing Angel by the name of Crystal . I recently arrived from an all night drive from TN , in hopes of picking up some tools , for an up and coming project . This kind hearted woman could clearly tell , i had just had a long night and proceeded to contact her co-worker Lisa to rectify the dilemma i was conflicted with post haste !!! The issue was resolved promptly and of the utmost satisfaction !

We have two units at this facility. Extremely clean, secure, and well managed. Lisa is a pleasure to work with and right on target about how big a unit you need. Have never seen a bug or rodent either!! We are very pleased!!

This storage place is nasty they don’t clean it floors are nasty when u walk in it doesn’t smell clean. Doesn’t matter if you get a storage inside climate roaches manage to get inside of your things. I would not recommend to anyone. There prices are high you are better off going to a different storage place for less money and a lot friendlier and cleaner environment.

They are running an insurance scam where you are forced to take exorbitantly priced insurance at the front end, and then they make the process for removing the insurance nearly impossible. They bilked me for two months before I saw it had not been removed. Lisa was unhelpful in resolving the issue and was more interested in arguing about how I was wrong rather than actually resolving the issue. I would give zero stars to these con artists if I could.
I have a storage unit on this site and I've been trying to call them for the past 4 days about my unit and nobody ever answers their phone. My husband even left 3 messages to speak with the property manager and still no response.. Terrible customer service.
Tony attended to getting me the storage that I needed. He was very helpful, informative, and well educated. He was also polite and professional. Lisa who was with him at the time was also a delight, and both are an asset to the company. Thank you for your 5 star ⭐ customer service! My unit is a 5x10 and it accommodated a lot of the boxes, bags and bigger items too.

Although I have been a customer there for more than three years, I have been one of 8 stolen there in an indoor unit form a customer used to rent storage over there he popped out 8 units and didn’t get caught till now and they steal a lot from me the lowest loss was 4 iPhones and didn’t have insurance

I wanted to give feedback regarding my awesome experience at this location. It was my first time here and I’m so busy I was actually very late and had it not been for the guy that helped me, Danny, I don’t think I would have ever been able to get into the facility on time. Danny went above and beyond his call of duty and called ahead of time realized my predicament and made it so I could check in even after his shift had ended. The facility is great. Very clean and clean cavort what i needed. Danny walked me through the process and even got me to my destination safely and not lost. He s er me up on the life saving app and I can’t say enough now this has been a flawless experience even With my issues. This guy is. Good find and I hope you do all you can to keep him around in a failing job force that we all face today. Thanks Danny!!
