Stacey was SUPER nice to me and my friends! Visited 5 locations this week, and Stacey was by far the most consistently professional.
All of the staff at this location we met seemed to be on top of things. Even the girl just sweeping the lot was cool and chatted with us a bit along her route. Nice people, nice place.

THIEVES and OPPORTUNISTS! They stole my all storage with my personal things, memories of a live time. I was late and I Begged to give me a chance to pay before the end of the month and they empty my unit and sold my stuff without 😨any empathy or remorse. Iwas out of town dealing with mymother health. Very personal and private things without any chance of recuperate them. Criminals is what they’re 😭

I use my storage for business, I’m in and out all day long. I can’t say enough about the facility manager. She has a warm courteous personality, always willing to help with any questions or issues. This is the most well-maintained facility that we’ve ever used. I would realistically give her 10 stars if that were possible.

CJ and Noel were exceptional. The facility was clean and well maintained. The policies and rental agreement was thoroughly explained. I highly recommend this location. I went directly to this location after a terrible customer service experience at Extra Space Storage on Florida Ave. So to have such a great turn of events really made my day. I pay more than $140. A month and can barely get time to get things from my storage, because they close at 9
If security can see I was 4 minutes late and I have to pay extra for insurance why not make it 24 hour access?
The service was great but the unit was dirty. I had roaches in my boxes. Too many and I had to call an exterminator at my house and open all of the boxes outside cause they Would be hiding in newspapers in my glasses. Pots and pans. If you do use it make sure you box up tightly even then the smaller ones got In. They really need to have these units treated!!!!! I won't be using it again. Oh and they love the packing tape. I had a picture of them but I deleted them.
Kia is extremely helpful ...the very best in the 2 years of my tenancy here at 9210 lazy lane. She is an asset to this business.
