Angie is an absolutely wonderful manager here - I’ve been a customer for going on a year now and she’s always so attentive and checks in on me. Love that I can open the gates from an app on my phone and the hours have been very convenient. Even won a good customer discount on rent during the holidays which was wonderful! Avoid this place! Once you rent a place they will jack your rent significantly. Mine has more than tripled in a couple of years. Will be moving to a new place for a much better rate.

I probably won't use this location again. The door didn't close all the way, and it allowed leaves, animals, and bugs in the unit. Other than that, it was ok.

We had an issue when we got into our storage unit where we felt like it wasn’t quite as many square feet. We came into the office and worked with Dell and let me tell you this guy is absolutely freaking amazing. He figures it all out bends over backwards. Looks across multiple properties to get you just what he needs. Most company should have a guy like Dell working for them. The world would be a better place.

I received exceptional customer service today as this is my first time packing all my things away and I was nervous after just having a painful experience with your competitors rough and unpolished Customper service sept. . Dell was able to quickly put me at ease and to offer his expert advice on exactly what size unit would fit it all in easily. It will take multiple trips to get all the loads for sure. He gave me a tour and offered some advice of how to package up my most prized possessions. especially regarding those larger tools that always end up being thrown hard to the floor out of frustration which makes it difficult to get them up later when needed. I asked about flooding in my unit as my furniture bottoms are made of soft wood, and was assured my boxes temaining secure was a top priority. he explained ways to access my unit more easily, as I plan on being in and out if it a great deal. He is well versed in his field and had some packing and unloading advice to make the transition to a larger unit easier. If his well polished service delivery is common among your employees, I know I will enjoy my experience with your company.
I would recommend public storage to anyone in need of additional space for their. Dell suggested the perfect size unit for me. I was going to get a smaller unit that would never have been able to accommodate my belongings. Dell was extremely professional and had was very easy to talk to. My experience with this facility has been outstanding. Dell was most helpful in determining the amount of space I needed without being wasteful, yet having enough space so I could access my things without having to yank everything out of the unit. This facility is very clean and easy to access. A shout out to Dell for being so helpful and on point!

I had a great experience with a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member of Public Storage. He spoke very professional and understanding of my current situation. I do not usually write reviews however my experience today with Dale was so awesome I felt I needed to write a review. He absolutely went above and beyond in helping my wife and I with a new reservation. We had a few issues setting up but he made sure he helped us get it all sorted out. Took an hour of his time but he did it. Thank you Dale for your help.

Terrible experience, from Angie the property manager all the way to the gates not working correctly, being locked in being locked out all the way to no one available when you need them. Might I add there's no restroom facility to wash your hands or use the restroom. However they do make up for that by not having a water fountain or drinking receptacle in which one would think it would be commonplace in a hot non-air-conditioned environment as most would think. Good luck in reaching someone if you're in need of their assistance. Don't worry they will return tomorrow and so will the help available to you always tomorrow. Worst storage experience I have encountered. Thank you Angie for making it the worst.
I was Very unhappy with Angie. Without notice my written contract was changed and the hours in which the facility was available to me suddenly changed. The availability was changed from what was advertised to 9am-6pm. One time I was next door using the restroom & getting a drink at Shell gas station,as there's no restroom available at the storage facility, I was locked out of the facility and uable to return and get my vehicle. At 5:37pm. Angie would not return and open the gate. Leaving me locked out as previously I had been locked in.Very inconvenient for anyone who is employed. I need a facility that is available to me when it is not during my work hours. Like most I'm busy with work during the day. The hours Angie made were unacceptable. After 29 days I found a facility for working people. I was told my hours were modified due to my putting 2 candy wrappers and a water bottle in the dumpster and that I could be fined $10,000 for placing garbage in the dumpster. I suppose I could have left garbage on the grounds rather than be responsible and throw it in the dumpster? Bad experience all the way! From being locked in, locked out ,hours changed and Angie not returning to the facility so I can get my vehicle are all reasons why I moved after 29 days. Terrible experience! Dell however was great he was helpful and the only reason people should consider renting their.

I have called 3 times to speak to someone about my unit and have heard nothing back. The office hours are listed as if the location has been open with someone there who could at least return my call for the past WEEK. This location is unprofessional nor do they care about customer service. Very disappointed. Do not store with them.

Great staff and great storage. I got moved up to a larger storage space when they ran out of the size I reserved, but I payed the lower rate for what I reserved. The staff has been very accommodating with hours, and has helped me move an item that was to big to lift on my own. Great experience all around.

I recently needed to downsize my unit at a nearby location while still maintaining a rental space for a bit longer. Adam and Carla helped me make this happen after trying to do it myself online. I needed to do a transfer in actuality and there is no online option and I could not access the rental kiosk where my unit was actually located. These two amazing employees helped me through a difficult and stressful situation at a facility that they are also in charge of. They were both kind and patient, happy to share their knowledge to make my transition go more smoothly.
