This public storage location is in one of the most run-down areas of the city. There are always homeless individuals hanging around the facility, both inside and outside. I believe some people might even be living there. The units themselves are in rough condition, and to make matters worse, they want to increase rent prices after a few months, knowing that it’s inconvenient for customers to move all their belongings out!

Yesterday I called this Public Storage confused about my bill and not wanting to hear anything but I was right. Miss Lisa not at one time disrespectful to me. And truth be told, I was pretty frustrated so I wasn’t speaking super polite. She also explained it emailed it and then called me today to make sure that everything was good. Every time I call there, she calls me right back, With an answer to whatever question I’ve left.. Public Storage definitely has a gem with this one. Thank you, Miss Lisa.

I moved my things from the storage unit we rented. my mother's 100 year old hope chest has been eaten by termites. Also there was rodents droppings everywhere, and they chewed holes in my boxes. Chewed on my stand up jewelry box, as well large wall art my dresser. I'm so very disappointed 😞
The Nerve To Raise The Rent On The Storage When They Are Rat Infested... Several Of My Things Were Chewed Or Pooped On.

Lisa was very kind and informative when she called to confirm my storage selection.
I bought an abandoned storage unit in this Public facility. The manager Lisa, when I met her first time, was very welcoming and polite with me. After this, a few hours later, during cleaning out one of the storage units, I'm facing a big problem with huge roaches inside the unit. I went to the office and asked her that I have an allergy and can not clean out this unit. So she told me she couldn't do anything and I must take all the stuff to my car. Believe me, there was no more polite manager when I continued to talk to her. She just didn't care. The previous owner left a lot of food inside the unit, but in the policy of all facilities, people can not store the food or drinks! I cleaned this dirty unit and took all this trash. But after this, I never again come to this facility and speak with this rude lady.
DO NOT RENT Storage Units here! This manager doesn't care about roaches and rats in her facility! She will always be polite with you and have a "fake smile," but when you face some problems, she will just show you her real face and attitude! I'm always fair with my reviews, but people should know how you can scam. After a week, I still have a bad allergy because of her stupid dirty unit! This building needs an inspection! So it's your choice to store your goods here or not. 1 star for customer service! Horrible experience!

As soon as we pulled on the property and opened the door Lisa was very rudely tell me to put my cigarette out there was no smoking on HER property, (nothing posted on the property that said NO SMOKING)I didn't have a problem with putting it out but her attitude continued even after I went inside, I was going to purchase a lock so I put it on the counter and then my grandson asked to hold it, I handed it to him and a few seconds later she said " Can you take MY lock and put it back ( 2nd strike), I asked for a 24 access unit and she said I don't have one very rudely (3rd strike). Then she said we try to keep public storage at a 5 star will you be rating us a 5, I said no and she asked why I started to tell and then she said you can just let them know when they call for the survey.
If I had, had the time to find another place to rent a storage from I sure would have. Lisa's customer service skills could use some work I have always used public storage for my storage needs but this will be my last. And I will be looking for another place to move my belongings, it's a very big inconvenience but I don't want to deal with her ever again.

Quick and easy to book, pay, and check-in. Didn't need to speak to anyone or wait around at all. Booked online and got a code for the gate and a unit assigned in just a few minutes. Lock is provided in the unit with information about insurance. The area itself has some homeless people lurking around but the facility is gated and seems secure enough. The mobile app to open the gate did not work for me but entering the code is easy and quick. I've used other self storage units in the past and those were not nearly as convenient. Great location for a student at USF who needs to store some stuff.
So clean and well kept up and the lady who helped me was exceptionally kind.
Lisa was extremely helpful when, I was making my decision on my storage unit. She took the time to show me the unit. She explained everything thoroughly. She helped me set up auto pay. She has excellent customer service skills and she is very patient, kind, and pleasant speaking. She wanted to be sure, I as a customer was completely satisfied with my storage rental. This place is very easy to access. Storage manager Lisa is very nice and helpful. They don't have the 10x10 we booked. But Lisa helps us to upgrade to 10x15 for free. I love their services and also the very user-friendly app.

Lisa is a very rude person to my mom, my sister, and my dad. She treated them like she has never seen them ever in her life everytime. My mom has been with this storage for 10 years and when it comes to lisa she has the nasty attitude when it comes to talking to be black people at this store. I would never recommend this company due to her and the company taste in hiring. Also it's some of the rules that's been changed that I don't understand as well. If you are a person renting from here and 7 days late they put a lock on your unit 🤨. When usually a person have 30 days to pay and 2 months until auction. My mom has had brain surgery 3 times so sometimes she forgets but to deal with lisa attitude and this rule change is mind blowing. I'm going to reach out to corporate about this or if not get a lawyer because I believe this is discrimination on lisa part.

Had to move down here and needed a space to store my when i flew down here a couple of time. Had Lisa helping me and made it super easy for me. Explained the area was safe and that my stuff is secure in the facility. 5 out of 5 for this place.
The first month free promotion at public storage is false advertising (scam). I rented a unit on August 21st 2022 and since public storage advertises 1 month free I should not have been due until September 21st 2022. For someone fleeing a domestic violence relationship I can not afford to pay $324 for a unit that cost 209$ and i wouldnt have rented it because i know i couldnt afford this. Now the reason why I say false advertising is because I had the unit for only 11 days and I was charged what called a prorated rent which means I don't actually get a month free now I have a lein on my unit and its not fair. The unit has a big whole inside well a few of them, roach infested, and the latch to attach the lock to secure my unit is broken. We are scammed constantly in life to also be scammed by the public storage unit. If someone rents on August 21st and they have a free month that should mean that from August 21st to September 21st should be free and the 1st payment shouldn't be due until September 21st and that dhould cover it uo to October 21st and so on.. I've never had this issue with any other storage unit I used in the past and I always rent through the 1st months free promotion. We are in a inflation and public storage is helping the rest of the world scam us out of the little belongings we have left.

We just left from renting a unit for around 2 years and through that time the multiple times that we went through there there was never anybody at the office to talk to about anything nor answer the phone when you try to call about any issues and when we moved out of the unit at the end of the month everything went fine according to the woman driving around on her golf cart and 2 months later I get a letter from a collection agency stating I was charged an additional month when I wasn't even in the unit. I then contacted the office manager Lisa and she said she would speak with a man named Phil who was her boss and called me back and said they were continuing the charges and I would have to pay for a month I wasn't even there. I then asked if this is how they make their money and she hung up on me.

Gate break downs, attendant won't do anything until she's clocked in. After 9:00, I've been on the job for 2 hours by then. People living In the units. People park in the middle of the aisles and act as if your the transgressor if you need to get by. Sketch neighborhood. Mgmt does keep it fairly clean, appearance wise or it'd have been just 2 stars.

Lisa (Store 20152) was extremely helpful!! I tried reserving a unit online at this location at the end of the day right before they were closing and was having a lot of difficultly. She spent 20 minutes helping me and walking me through the whole process and I got it all squared away. Extremely helpful and extremely friendly!
