I have been with this facility for almost two years. They are always willing to work with you and will do whatever is in their power to make sure you are taken care of. Horrible place and management, unit infested with roaches and rodents
Rented a 10x15 climate controlled unit and store my belongings, furniture and boxes.
Two months later, I Came back to pick them up and found unit infested with roaches and mice poop.
Couldn’t take the boxes home. Went to the office management to have unit treated by exterminator so that I can take my boxes but it has been more than 3 weeks and nothing was done, expect charging me for another month of rent

Heard from several customers while taking my mom to try to pay the bill that this and other offices of this company are not consistent with their personnel there to get help on the days that payments are being received in person on those days. Enforcing digital forms of payment by its customers. Therefore, enforcing late fees and penalties if not utilized due to lack of staff in office during the five most crucial days of payment. I t doesn't seem like this is good business. A business without a conscience to its patrons is lacking the foresight for customer retention.

Josephine was a big help just telling me information about the storage units unlike the other storage places in the area i will definitely recommend this place and I will come back !
I wanted a place to keep some boxes and my furniture. Regarding the units, Josephine was very insightful. I was able to understand the units better due to the pricing assistance she provided. She took us to the unit that was most similar to what I needed. I was very pleased with how well it turned out.
Josephine was not only one of the kindest employees in helping me with my storage unit downsizing regards but she also helped in maintaining a positive rapport and happy demeanor. She helped me with my storage needs as well as in a positive meaningful way. We need more people like her!!!! She’s an asset to me and your company, in my opinion.

So far so good. The check in was easy. The woman in front desk was very helpful and efficient.
The young lady was very pleasant. She's very helpful handling an old man who is not very good with e work. The only thing I didn't like is that it was harder to rent a unit then it was to buy a new car.

They are very rude and a big rip off. Would never recommend anyone to go here. I had wear on the ceiling of my unit that caused my belongings to get wet and ruined. And all of my staff hat mouse fecies in it.
Units are smaller than measurements given.

Chris was extremely helpful, he made the process very easy and gave us all the info needed. He was super friendly and professional.
In and out with the quickness. Chris even opened up a little early to expedite the experience. Pretty large premise but that doesn't mean there's spaces available. Not 24hr access, but 6am to 9pm. Use the web site for fastest experience. They even offer app you can download to manage your account. Even opens gate which helped today as it was raining!

Worst place to rent to unit they are shady with prices. We rent unit which cost 70 a month so Paid 193 had include all fees n for the january rent on 21st dec n was told feb month will be 70.and so on
7th jan got text massage we no longer have access due non payment and late fees need to pay im order to get access when we called person was confused but said we need to pay 133 dollers more.
