This Public Storage facility is garbage. I’ve had my items here since January 2024. Not only has the rent increased by 55/65 dollars per month but the property is not maintained or kept at all. It’s disgusting! You have to wade through trash to even get to the keypad to enter your code to get into the building. A piece of the roof fell in on my unit I took pictures and made them aware, no response and the area still isn’t fixed.
Deborah has great knowledge of her job and good at what she does. Was super glad she was here this morning when I had to come in.
While going through a financial challenge in my current situation the patience and help from Deborah, I am very thankful to continue to do business and future business with them and even send more there way. She has been a Tremendous help very nice and goes the extra mile. There should be more Managers like her cause she is FABULOUS. THANK YOU VERY MUCH DEBORAH YOU HAVE BEEN WONDERFUL TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!! Bless you!!

After renting for only two months they increased the rent from $127 to $162.
It's really sad being that it's only a 5x10 air-conditioned unit. From doing research this location is more expensive than the other locations.
Heads up after paying the first month rent, if you don't want insurance. Don't forget to have it removed or you will be charged.
The customer service representative got me the best price on the unit that was right for me. She was a great help.

I called the office concerning my storage and the passive aggressiveness I got from Shelby was shocking. She was trying to explain her companies policy to me but with a very condescending tone.
I asked her for assistance with my account and her reply was that “she could not help me”. After her giving me the wrong number for her management, I called back to ask for it again. She half way started to tell me, then put the phone down and started speaking to someone else. I hung up.
The customer service she provided was incredibly horrible and I will not be using this storage ever again.
I cannot commend this storage place more highly. It is impeccably clean, and I felt very safe leaving my belongings there. I especially want to thank and express appreciation toward Sheila, who had 4 people waiting at the same time. She did an incredible job explaining everything and actually walking me to the unit. Another woman who was the district manager also called me to tell me that she wanted me to have a smooth experience. These people really care about you.

DO NOT… I repeate DO NOTTTTTTT rent your storage from THIS facility. It is RAT INFESTED! 😡 I had a climate control unit and it was totally taken over by rats ! Feces everywhere !!bags shredded, clothes soaked in rat urine !! (No, I had no food in the unit !!) what’s worse is the employees are aware of the problem and handed me the insurance info to file a claim! I’m completely disgusted. I even found a DEAD RAT while I was getting my things out. I had to throw away a bunnnnnch of my personal items, completely disgusting! The only positive is one employee named Sheila. She actually cared! But there was nothing she could do. Stay away from here at all cost! People were moving out of a unit a few doors down and also had rat issues! 😡 p.s. I was on autopay and hence got charged for September. They are saying they will NOT prorate nor refund me… absurd! I will be fighting that at all costs.
I can’t say enough good things about Deborah at the Beville Public Storage Facility. She has been so accommodating and follows up with everything! I would highly recommend them and would definitely make sure you get with her about anything you need. She’s gone out of her way to make sure everything worked out for me.
Highly recommend this Public Storage. As a Embry Riddle parent, we’ve been using this Public Storage location for the past two years to store our student’s belongings during the summers. The pricing is reasonable, the location is extremely convenient, and the facilities are clean and safe. AVOID THIS LOCATION, they have a rodent infestation. My belongings (at an INDOOR UNIT) were damaged by rats here...I've rented from another storage facility in the area and had no issues. The manager is very sweet but that doesn't excuse the damage, especially for the price.

The hours are not accurate on the weekend i came at 3:45 on a Saturday and it was closed but on the door it says we are open and it says they closes At 5

I needed an interior, climate controlled unit. When booking online it was not clear that some of the units at this location are climate controlled and some are not.
Public Storage DID issue a refund, thank you! My only issue was that communication with the local office is difficult as I was never able to connect, in person or via phone. I did leave a voice message and the local manager DID reach back out.
In all, service is lacking a bit but I would still recommend Public Storage. The location and pricing are reasonable.

I just wanted to give Deborah a shout-out. I see people saying some mean things about her. I've never had trouble with her and I've been with public storage off and on for years. She has always went out of her way to help me. She came out to the unit to check on me and actually started helping me rearrange stuff because the guy I hired just threw it in there. Even though she was going through her own troubles and having to move that we can she still helped me. She works very hard and does not have much time off. Customer service is not an easy job. Everyone has a bad day every now and then. People forget that she has a boss and she has to do what she's told. Keep up the great work Deborah. Sincerely Kimber 🥰

We have been used this storage units since 2020. When I graduated college I had to empty out my apt and store everything somewhere. Since I was heading back to CA. Found this location and it was perfect. It had the best price in the city, trust me I looked at a lot of locations and this was had the best price. I was able to get a 10”x10” unit. It stored 2 beds, 2 couches, and so much more. The location is also extremely clean, and spacious. We brought in a massive U-Haul truck and we’re easily able to maneuver. Our unit was also in the gated part. But honestly the whole location felt perfectly safe. After 2 years we finally decided to clear it out this month. Getting rid of the small stuff wasn’t a problem but the big furniture was looming over out heads. And we were stressing about what to do with it. But the property manager Deborah came to the rescue. She seriously helped us find a good home for all the remaining furniture and made sure it went to a good cause. She was such a big help and we can’t thank her enough. It was just 2 of us packing up the whole place and thinking about renting a truck, moving all the heavy furniture and thing finding a place, all within a one week period was stressing us out. But Deborah definitely took that weight off our shoulders. She was extremely professional and courteous. She walked us thru the process on what needed to be done for us to move out and get everything settled. Made the whole transition really smooth. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

I don’t know where to begin . Debbie as I call her Deborah was the friendliest most funniest person yet knowledgeable young woman . Most places of business would make one feel uncomfortable to ask questions being a stranger but not her. She’s so down to earth. I seen her do maintenance as well the storage facility that most females would not do. The place was well maintained and I just could not get over how exceptionally above and beyond Debbie goes for customers satisfaction.
I love this place and Joe one of the property managers such a sweet heart very professional, clean cut, well spoken and dressed appropriately and professional of course in his uniform goes above and beyond to assist you never has an attitude like some places you revisit. Just because you reserve a storage unit does not mean you will get it. They gave mine away, then called and told me to get down there fast or I would lose the next one they set me up with. So I dropped everything and got there just in time. They did end up giving me a larger unit for the same price, so that was nice.
Deborah and Joe are always willing to go above and beyond to make the process as easy as possible. Had even called to verify I ordered the correct size online. Come to find out it was not correct. And was able to fix before they did not have any units avaliable.
Deborah and Joe are “5 STARS”. I would give more if they were available. They are so friendly and accommodating. When they see you it is like we have been friends for years…If you need any storage needs I suggest you call either one of them.

Deborah, I've had a unit since the pandemic, father and mother are both failing health; I'm loading a 26ft uhaul by myself due to financial restraints. Ms. Deborah has repeatedly harassed minor infractions. I tell her I'm not against her, so if she asks me something, I’ll comply.
It's just sad that people these days don't have the decency, especially with the status of the world these days.
I will ensure I don't block the bathroom that's never opened or the janitor room that's never opened. And oops, I'm sorry for putting moving supplies on the spare dolly. I understand because if someone wants to use it, they better have their ID. After all, Deborah Doesn't play or dare help you. She's here to make sure you know she's better than you and that she's the best manager in the world.

Today I stopped by the Public Storage in Daytona, Fl on Beville Rd right before closing time. I received great customer service from Deborah the property manager. I was greeted with a big smile and a very enthusiastic hello. After a long day at work it felt good to be greeted in that manner especially being so near to closing time. Thanks, Deborah for providing me with great service in a timely manner. Even though my storage unit is in Jacksonville, Fl. Lol lol
