They jack up the prices after a few months, standard fare. However there was blood smeared all over the walls and one of the neighboring units smelled like a dead body was being stored there. Disgusting. On top of that the "climate controlled " units are wildly variable in temperature and there is rat/mouse feces everywhere.

Been here for many years. Chris the manager is super. He is always on site even a night so this place is safe and secure. Place is clean where he looks for nails and screws daily unlike the previous manager 7 years ago. Let's hope Chris stays plus he does train his crew well.

I would have given it 5 🌟 's if it wasn't for the constant increase in the monthly rent. I've been with this place a little over a year now and every few months there's an increase in rent. Stuff goes missing in your storage after they cut your locks and their setup is about making money off your storage. It is not about helping people but about hurting.

When you sign your agreement, please realize that they can change your rate at any point in time with 30 days notice, without limit. After 4 months, my rental rate went up 40% from $250 to $350. They will email and text you everything except for rate increases, which they mail to you apparently. When you reach out to customer service, they simply read passages from the contract to you without any actual service.
