Had a wonderful 2 day encounter with Jacqueline (hope I spelled that right) after feeling like I’ve wasted money and time at another location. She was my one person contact that answered every time I called needed help. It was a real surprise that customer service still exists when dealing with her. Came all the way to her location and she helped me out as quickly as she could. Lissette was there as well making sure to explain everything in detail so that there was no misunderstanding and I just am really grateful for their help.

I used public storage located on E Sample Rd. for a few months and had contact with a couple of the employees there but the one that stood out was Rachel. Rachel was by far the sweetest, nicest, accommodating, respectful and attentive person I encountered at Public Storage. She was fantastic! Moving can be very stressful and having to move things in or out of a storage unit can be challenging and tiring but Rachel, with her kindness and grace made my visit that day very pleasant! I normally don't write reviews but in this case I have to make an exception. In a day and age where quality customer service no longer exist, it is refreshing to meet someone like Lissette Pitre the property Manager at Public Storage. As a business owner I rely on storage for the equipment I use. On one occasion I left in à hurry and forgot to lock my unit. I received à call from Lissette informing me of the error. From that point on I felt confident that the people storing my equipment were responsible and professional. Due to Lissette's professionalism I know I made the right decision by choosing Public Storage.

This location is horrible. Everytime I come to this location middle of the day no one is in the office. The carts are either missing or locked up via chains so you can't use them. They raise the rent every 7 months. I moved in at $140 and just moved out with 2 years at $240. Meanwhile they say it is because of market rates but I could move back into this place at $170 and the place I moved into down the block is at $140 is cleaner has two people who work inside the location every day and had 7 carts in the lobby. Not to mention the day of move out I called to complain about the carts since no one was there again at 9 AM on a saturday and no one called me back about the issue the entire day. Luckily I knew how bad this location was and brought my own equipment. Day of move out guy from California was getting some items he needed while he was in town and he said they have his same size unit at $270. If it is market rates how can we both be paying different prices. Shame on you Public storage.
Lissette is by far the most accommodating and receiving individual I had the pleasure in meeting upon my moving to Florida. I had one other encounter in which the customer service was not as receiving. She helped me to get the original quote I was given and location close to my home after several calls and speaking with multiple different people on the phone she gave me clarity and assurance. I didn’t rent at her location because I needed indoor storage but, her service was clear, concise and stellar. I would also like to mention and thank Diana the agent who originally assisted me with my quote and location search. She was very helpful and pleasant each time I spoke to her! Thank you both for you awesome customer service!

I can say that the property manager at this storage location (Lissette) is very professional, polite and understanding of my situation, and over all, she knows her stuff, she never said "I don't know or an I can not help you". She is the best I have ever dealt with as I have stored at different places beside Public Storage and I can say I haven't been treated with more RESPECT while getting what I actually came looking for which is an affordable space.

Came in to pay my storage, Lissette and Crystal were so helpful, I was complaining because I can’t afford this unit and Lissette took her time to help me get a fee waived and also helped me with my monthly payment, all while she was training. Crystal was so friendly great service

No no no. $314 quoted per month. I paid thousands to have my stuff moved there. 3 months later they raised me to $440 a month. Buyer beware. This is a scam company you have been warned. They will do this to you too
Update. They raised it again. I went thru the entire process to have lowered and they no. So we moved out.
Do not use public storage. In 30-60 days they will raise your rate.

They only have 1 cart for whole facility!
So if cart is in use or wasn’t returned to proper place you have no cart to load or unload items.
Would have know this I would have rented somewhere else!

Doesn't make sense for a large storage company to only have two carts for people to use yes I do comprehend that even if you're moving with a moving truck it may or may not have certain moving equipment inside but seriously only two carts to use come on guys invest in more carts save us the back work..
Was on property to store some items. I was amazed at how clean this facility was. Met with Cheryl, she was very helpful. Told her that since new management had taken over the place looked like it was just built, all nice and shiny and clean. During previous visits under past management the common areas were not very appealing and needed work. a security door was broken and ceiling lights were missing or taken out for some reason.
Now the hallways and light sensors seem to be working so that one can safely get to their locker.
Very nice change and kudos to the staff.
