So I’ve been with them for almost a month I believe and my experience has been great. Gina called to check on me and make sure I was taken care of although she is not located at the property. She coordinated with Justin who was on the property at that time.
Then when I was ready to move forward Joyce helped me access my unit via phone and it was such a great experience! We were all patient with each other and it was pretty easy and I was excited the locks are now controlled via app so that’s one less key or worry about someone breaking my lock.
Property is always clean and I access my unit almost daily and I have no complaints. Wanting to chose a larger unit now :)

I rented a 10x5 space online but when I arrived to start moving my stuff, the unit they gave me was a very narrow, semi triangular space which was completely useless. I went to talk to the manager (Mo) and he set me up with the type of unit I requested in no time. The location is good, clean and never too many people, but the codes for the exterior door and elevators work 1 out of 10 times...
