I would not recommend this storage unit. They do not return any phone calls/ voicemails. Doors are always locked to the office so you can’t talk to them. Horrible customer service. They do not care about their clients.

Stored my stuff here for a year and when I came to get it it was all covered in rodent poop. When reported to the property manager it was clearly a recurring issue. Don’t leave your stuff here unless you want it ruined.

Jaide is amazing. Our door got stuck/jammed and would not go down. I was in a rush for work. I told her what happened and left the lock with her. In my head I'm panicking bc all of our belongings are open to the public now . But jaide came through and saved me. I offered to buy her lunch because she didn't have to help me. But she did. They store stuff bit they cove there own aas before they extend that olive branch. Don't forget your code and come bef5the closing hour
Front desk staff is more than friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hours could be better, for me. Closing at 9 is difficult to deal with, but for the price and convenience, I'll deal with it.
Do not use! Was charged a late fee after having after pay set up from the same account it’s always been. And won’t refund any of it. Go all my stuff out and was still charged a full month AND the late fee.
Scam for money- you set up auto pay, and then get charged a late fee and they won’t give any of it back

I don’t have to worry about my stuff being stolen or messed with. I love how they made it very convenient to open the gate and pay your bill. You open the gate via Bluetooth and I can my bill directly through the app. Definitely a great place to leave your stuff and have no worries about it.
