We have a unit at this public storage and I have to tell you this place is amazingly clean! It’s indoor units only, and they keep it temperature controlled so that your stuff doesn’t get damaged by heat or humidity. The units are roomy with plenty of space to stack to about 10 ft high, maybe more. The staff is so helpful and friendly. It smells descent, no weird odors at all. For the price which is only $50 a month for the middle sized unit , Even the bathroom is clean!! 5⭐️’s out of 5⭐️’s ,100% and an A++!!!!!

My reason for the low score is entirely based on price. I secured a 10'×15' unit for $175 and less then 5 months later, my rent went to $223. Although I was given a month's notice on the rent increase, I wasn't provided a reason why. Rental terms may change with 30 days notice as stated in my contract (section 2.2). However, when I asked an employee how often does my rent increase, her response was that the increase is based on supply and demand. What does that mean? If supply is high, my rent goes down (probably not!). What is the basis for determination of supply and demand?

This is a horrible place to rent storage space from. They messed up what they told me what they'd give me and then 6 months later they raise my rent to no reason. And on top of that while I was working on my 2 units that I have the lights kept going off. I have other grips as well but that's a good start
We have quite a few units here at this location. The manager has been extremely courteous and helpful. They truly lookout for their customers I would highly recommend this location. My only request would be for corporate to consider 24hr access or at least till 11pm in consideration to those that work different schedules.

I have been with this Public Storage Facility for 2 years. Today, May 2, 2022, I spoke with Miss Vicky, who originally assigned me my Unit. I have a Unit in the Climate Controlled Area. After 2 years it’s just as I had left it. Miss Vicky was as jovial as the day I first met her. Which was at the end of the day, and I was “slap dab worn out” from moving in which I had labored 8 straight hours to accomplish. Miss Vicky’s energy & jovial persona uplifted me and it was so good to reconnect today. She has more than earned a 5 STARS RATING from this client!!! “HATS OFF TO YOU VICKY!!!
