This place is nothing but a rip off lied about the price and overcharged my debit card double what I was told it cost then charged me for the month and came and took back the unit and stole all my stuff and I had already paid for the month double

Public storage honestly has grown on me as family for 8 years I stored my stuff there I was there during good times when the employees was there and had a office on site to when they had the kiosk you talk into During the bad times when I lost my key and was so frustrated they assist me to help me and was right there as an angel when I needed the lock cut then a replacement overall I would rate them 10 stars but that's not a option so I would stay with 5.I recommend public storage to anyone if you are a student moving out of your parents house going to college to and business man your valuables will stay safe they work hard with the security plus cameras hope to do business with them again love you public storage thanks again

I would like to commend Jade at the Plantation Road Public Storage in Pensacola. I recently rented a second unit there and was quite nervous completing everything online since I live out of the area. When I arrived in Pensacola, Jade called me to make sure I didn't have any problems and to ask if I had additional questions. She addressed all the concerns I had and I feel very relieved now that all my questions have been answered. I was fortunate enough to meet her while she was taking care of some other customers at the site. Now that we have met, I feel even more confident that I can return home and know that all my belongings will be secure.

Their customer service is Terrible! The agent Shannon called me requesting an Explanation for why I wanted MY STUFF out of the unit. I don't need to give you an explanation just cancel the appointment . They also increased my unit rent!!!

Marissa was excellent. She was kind, patient and informative. I was a little bit of a pain in the butt too, I kept changing my mind causing her to have to back up and redo the contract and her friendliness and smile never wavered. Marissa is the reason Public Storage gets 5 stars!

This place is a complete "bait and switch". We received our first rate increase of 25% just 3 months after moving in. My wife called to ask why, but no one answered so she left a message. We never received a call back, but got an email stating our rate decrease had been approved. Three months later, halfway through the month, we got the same notice. My wife called again, and the lady that answered was very rude and not helpful. She just stated it was market rates, which is ironic, because when you check the website right now, the same unit is advertised for $30 less per month than our current rate. To add to this, there is no one on site and no bathrooms for you to use. The Bluetooth keypad on the building door has been malfunctioning for 5 months and they just keep telling everyone it is a "IT Issue". They basically force you into buying there insurance policy that is massively overpriced and if you read the fine print, it doesn't cover anything. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. There are several other facilities that cheaper and guarantee your rate for a year or more and actually have on site people to help if something is wrong.

I've always used Public Storage throughout the years. No matter which location the level of cleanliness and customer service is always excellent and courteous.

Jade helped me at this location and the Creighton location. She was wonderful! Very helpful and friendly! Nice facility.

Had some issues for a few days and actually received a call from local manager, Shannon, to explain the changes. Meant a lot considering the website didn't help explain what was going on with the phones and property managers on site. Started with a 1 star review and have now updated to a 4 star. Property is clean and in a good location, been a customer for 3 years.

Very easy to grab you a storage unit, the lady at the front is beat jive and easy to deal with!!!

6/4/23 Update: I understand the economics of not having live attendants anymore, but the bathrooms have been locked or removed. Think about it. Sometimes the customer has driven quite a ways to get there, then can spend hours or even most of a day depending on their circumstances. Not having an available bathroom is extremely inconvenient for the customers and would only require daily maintenance -not constant supervision. One of the reasons we chose your facility nearly a year ago, was the customer service, on-site management, and clean bathroom and water facilities. (See below). We pay a premium for a good quality facility and when those things were removed, the monthly cost did not go down. We hope to finally move our belongings to a new home, soon, but would be less likely to recommend this facility because of the recent changes. Not looking forward to the day-long unloading when we will be forced to interrupt our progress to go elsewhere for a bathroom. Please consider the comfort of your customers. Thank you. Great service from Marissa! This storage place has been the easiest and best part of our interstate move. Love the available carts, app to open gates, bathroom and water easy access, and clean facility. Only issue was rumble strips outside of sliding doors that slowed the process and shook the carts around. This may be required, though, and not really a problem. Thanks!

Marissa is the Best

I think their business model is "bait and switch". I signed my lease contract with Public Storage at $60 per month for outside vehicle storage and 5 months later was sent a post card indicating my rate increased to $100. Shannon was absolutely uncaring and instead spouted something about market rates. I was told to either pay the increase or leave. I'm certain PS already planned to increase my rate when I signed the original contract. Ask about a rate increase before you lease with them. Its coming!
