HJ(from Babcock location) was covering late Friday night at the end of the month and it was so busy! She helped all of the customers and answered all of their questions and was so pleasant to work with. She helped me transition my unit and also answered the many questions I had as well. She offered help and follow-up, even though my location isn’t her building. I would love to have her at my location permanently!

This place unfortunately doesn’t have climate control at least it doesn’t feel that way inside it’s always 84 degrees to 81 degrees very hot. And not clean at all. Some staff is rude not helpful with much attitudes

I love this location! It's convenient and easy to access when I need to. The best part is the young lady Brittanie that works the office. She is always kind and polite. She is always willing to answer any questions I have and is very knowledgeable about the different units and rates as well as the processes to rent. Employees are rude and disheveled facilities clean but they let people hang out on the grounds just going in and out I saw someone using a drill to open a storage door at first, I thought he was an employee but then I realized he was kind of with this big family living out of their cars and they kept going back-and-forth inside of the facility but didn’t come out with anything and then they just left but it left me feeling like he trying to break into that unit and where is security and someone check your camera or something so the next day I come back to finish up dropping off my items which now I’m a little bit leery of but hey, it is what it is right now and there’s a whole crime scene investigation going on over here cops everywhere I don’t know and maybe looks like if if it was A robbery or something or someone broke I’m thinking wow maybe those were the folks I saw yesterday but I don’t wanna accuse anyone. I am not a police, but I just found this to be coincidental. I’m gonna go get me another extra lock and hope for the best

out the door with free month 80$ lock insurance, low low recover for insurance if any one has a storage room with only 2000 dollars of personal property would rent but who dose ! admin fee for what it's on line and will raise rent in 90 days from customers I ask.. all important for budgeting renters. Seinors on SS. will lock u in at closing. No exceptions and if u happen to spend to much time their they ask to move out not good for those businesses needing extra space. Clean no restroom or electric this is overview of 4

I’m baffled by the great experience others have had with Brittany here .Every time I’ve had to go into the office Both employees seem annoyed that someone is coming in . They sit there doing the least possible sipping on their latte . Today was the 3rd time I need to go and ask a question and she doesn’t even reply to the good morning . No greeting at all . I came to ask if anything had been turned in to lost and found and she dismissed me with “I haven’t seen anything” didn’t even ask details or how she could help . Same “why do people keep coming in here “ attitude I’ve received every single time . Place is clean yet pricey . If they at least had good customer service that would be awesome . They can’t even get their review replies right ! Read them you’ll see they are thanking those that have them a bad review with a copy paste response . I would never reccomend this place to keep your safekeeping’s

The only thing this place has going for it is kind staff and the unit is clean. Other than that, not impressed. Multiple issues with them unable to keep a debit card on file; then sending emails claiming I’ve defaulted on my lien. Issues being able to physically access my unit; they changed my lock within a day when I “defaulted” and hadn’t notified me yet that there was a problem. Just raised the rent to a pretty high amount for how small of a unit I have. As of now, latest issue is my gate code has just magically stopped working, so I once again cannot access my unit, and I unfortunately arrived after the office closed at 6 pm. No customer service if there is an after hour issue; you’re on your own till they open in the morning. I will be moving my items out as soon as possible.

I walked in expecting a long lengthy blah blah just to get a storage unit, but this service was fast and painless.. I walked out with a storage in less than 10 minutes. I even was able to view the unit before agreeing. Britanie was extraordinary with her customer service. She answered all of my questions respectfully and was really quick. I'm so impressed and happy to have a safe space to unload my extra belongings. I love thats is a gated storage unit and I feel very confident that my items will be safe.

Updated: copied from my email response last year. PLEASE everyone stay away from this horrible unsanitary storage. "The unit was left open after the lock was cut or someone put a dead animal in and it is rotten as shown in the attached image. On Saturday 8/7 when vacating the unit the present staff refused to clean it up even there is nothing in its way as shown in the image. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE BY ANY HEALTH STANDARDS! I demand an investigation and a monetary compensation by the storage management into this matter immediately." NO compensation at all! HELL with them! Updated June 2021: another big 15% now the rent is $220 after ONE year from $170, a hefty increase of $50 PER month just after ONE year! After only three months since June 2020 for a 10x20 drive up unit on Palm Bay Rd, FL location for a total $170 when signed up (already more expensive than Public Storage at $132 at the time), they jacked up a hefty 14% on my monthly rate to be $193! Before I signed the contract they promised me verbally that there would NOT be a rental increase for at least 12 months even it is a monthly contract. Totally scam and dishonest! I'll have to go to Public Storage or others for much less WITHOUT a sudden big rate increase after only three months.

The prices for some of the storage units are pretty ridiculous. $130 for the smallest unit. I also don't like the customer service they provided. I emailed and called multiple times trying to get in touch with someone so I wouldn't be billed for the month after I moved out of the unit. However, no one was able to be reached or returned any of my messages. I was still billed for a month of storage when I had moved out a week prior to the billing date. Extremely frustrating!

Excellent customer service!

Buyer beware. Go elsewhere. I purchased a storage unit on 23 May 2022 at this location in Palm Bay. Everything was super easy, seemed to be what I needed and I thought all was well. I paid around $105 for the month of May, even though there was only a week left but was informed that there was a special running for a free month, so June would be free. Cool, sounds good. June 1st, I check my bank account and there's a $200 charge from Simply Self Storage. Confused, I drive down to the location and spoke with the Manager, Anthony. I told him what had happened, explained everything that I was told from the employee that helped me on 23 May. I thought it seemed like an accounting error, they'll handle it. He told me that he would have to look into it and check to see what promotions were running that day and that he would call me to let me know when he could confirm the refund. He said that those promotions are only available during certain times, so if 3 or 4 people had bought units earlier that day, I may not receive that promotion. But since the employee who sold me the unit told me that I would receive the promotion (and did not mention this stipulation of possibly not receiving it) for a free month, I was under the impression that I got a free month. Right? Wrong. The next day (today) I received a call from Anthony stating that I would receive a 50% discount, therefore a 50% refund on the $200 charge for June, when I complete the move-out process before July's payment. Not only was I not counting on being charged $200 from Simply for June, but I would have to wait even longer to be refunded half of the charge. I explained that this was not what I was sold by the employee that day, and he continued to assure me that "per our conversation June 1st, I would receive the 50% discount". I didn't sign up for a 50% discount; I signed up for the entire month of June free. I asked if the employee may have misspoke about the entire month of June being free, which in the end, would have been easier to understand that mistakes happen, oh well. It was the tone and his statement of "Yes she works here, but I am the manager and per our conversation, you will be getting the 50% discount". My original transaction was with the female employee, he was not even present that day. I am the type of person that when a restaurant gets my order wrong and I don't even bother saying anything. I don't want to be an inconvenience. I never leave reviews, let alone bad ones. But I am deeply disappointed in this establishment and the way they chose to handle my situation. I guess I'll just go through this process, take a few weeks (hopefully) to get my money back and learn my lesson. Hope this helps anyone in the future looking for a storage unit like I was. Like I said - Buyer beware. Go elsewhere.

DO NOT RENT HERE IT HAS BREAK INS AND DOES NOT CHECK I.D. ALLOWING ANYONE TO ACCESS/CHANGE YOUR ACCOUNT!! THE STORE MANAGER ANTHONY IS THE EPITOME OF AN ARROGANT ATTITUDE AT A LOW PAYING JOB WITH A DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE THAT HATES THEIR JOB! HE WILL GIVE YOU MORE ATTITUDE THAN ASSISTANCE. He and his staff allowed an individual that is not me to access my account with them, make changes to my locks, and etc while I travel serving healthcare. His only way to help me was if I come in since he and his staff have already made the breach of letting someone else control my account. It’s a nightmare when something as simple as this is made to affect you in and forcibly steal your time to constantly deal with. Like my goodness it’s just a unit rental place, I have numerous in the many states I’ve lived in and I have NEVER had such inconveniences complimented by a blatant disregard for my belongings and rights before!

Raised the price twice in the one year I’ve been using their unit both times without notice the first time right after I moved in and now it has doubled in price. Don’t even waste your time calling cause they’ll forward you to voicemail and then fail to return your call. A shed financed would be cheaper with larger space than what they’ve raised my rates to without notice. Find a locally owned storage complex.
