RAT INFESTED RAT INFESTED RAT INFESTED!!!!! My unit became infested with rats and more than half of my stuff is completely ruined. After speaking with other tenants within the same complex it seems that just about every unit is infested with rats. DO NOT RENT HERE. The walls are falling apart and the ceiling is only insulation which the rats have burrowed into and then they eat their way into your unit. Management refuses to give me a refund on this month’s rent, after showing them proof that my unit is ruined and I have to move all my stuff out of it. Edit: District manager called me and attempted to make me remove this review. Very scummy and disgusting business practices going on here. The insurance they make you pay for isn’t even going to cover a quarter of the damage done to the items within my unit. Also posting a photo of the family of baby rats I found in my unit.

The kiosk is a pain to work with and the camera doesn't work so you can't actually talk to anybody.

It was easy to reserve our storage unit online. The app made it easy to manage my account and also loved that I could open the gate without having to get out of my car. We needed a storage unit for 6 months and went to it often with no problems. It was a simple process to notify them when we were moving out, we followed their move out procedure (clear out belongings and take the lock) and all went well.

One of my favorite storage facilities around Palmbay, they have very helpful and passionate employees who are always there to help and answer questions whenever you are in need like Marjory she is an employee there and she is always on point with help and answer.

You can never find someone to help. Even when you knock. They have a kiosk and it doesn't work. They have one person that has to do everything alone. It's crazy. You need at least two employees per location. One employee is just ridiculous.

My experience with Public Storage was incredibly disappointing. I had reserved a storage unit online, and to my dismay, I received daily calls from their staff for a whole week, pressuring me for payment. When I finally purchased the storage unit online and arrived at the location, I was met with a horrifying sight. The storage unit was infested with rats; the walls were chewed up, rat feces were scattered everywhere, and another customer moving out showed me the rat-infested mess that had ruined her belongings. Horrified by the condition, I immediately contacted the company within two hours of making the payment, requesting to cancel my reservation and receive a refund. Initially, they agreed to refund me, but the very next day, I was charged for the unit, receiving only a partial refund of $21 out of the $158 I had paid. When I reached out for the rest of my refund, they told me to wait for 4 to 7 days and offered only $109 while keeping $30 as an unexplained administrative fee. What baffles me most is that there was no on-site staff, and I had to navigate their computer-operated system just to reach a customer service representative. This is despite them hounding me for a week to make the payment. I explained my situation, that I needed the unit to store my late mother's antique store after her passing, but they callously refused to refund the administrative fee. In summary, I strongly advise against using Public Storage. Their units are in deplorable shape, neglected, and infested with rats and roaches. To make matters worse, their distant property management in Miami is unresponsive and unhelpful. They won't refund the full amount of your hard-earned money. Please look elsewhere for your storage needs.

Awful services this Public Storage does not work with you my belongings were in there storage from 2021 of April last year of December 2022 they Auctioned off everything that I owned I'm a Single Mother of 6 children the Employees are never in the office to speak to anyone nor make a payment everything is gone my 14 year old daughter cried she had brand new shoes along with her bike and art work my fire weapon was inside the storage no one never returned any personal documents far as social ID my children copies of there Birth certificates were inside I wouldn't recommend anyone to Rent this Storage at this Location

Been with this place for 7 years. They are constantly raising my rent up and expect me to pay $260 for a 10 by 10 that isn't climate controlled and the ceiling in my unit is falling apart...they also didn't want to give me access to my unit due to a 80cent past due amount...the other property was extremely helpful

I lost my keys to the unit. I called the 1800 numerous times no one would help me. I went down there no one would pick up the live help. There "virtual assistant" won't help me. No response from the web contact from. It seems No one cares.

The service is excellent. The buildings are rundown and priced too high !

One of the main contributions to a successful business is the employees/staff members. I have to say that I appreciate the Customer Service/clarification that Marjorie at this location so kindly offered by answering some Questions I wasn't too knowledgeable about. Marjorie was very Friendly, accommodating, & professional. Showed empathy (which in my opinion this world is in need of). Public Storage offers many appealing factors 1 The user friendly app to open the gate and manage your billing. I love it! It's very convenient. 2. The Units are affordable based on the sizes as all storage places are pretty much the same in price. I am not to fond of the time 9-9 as I work late at times and I can not get to my storage in time. Yet, I am impressed with the Gate procedure and rules in place because I know my things have a better chance of keeping safe then a Storage Facility you can just drive into with no problems. If anyone asks I would say,"I recommend Public Storage, they seem to know what many of us is looking for"

Terrible place!! The property manager is rude and callous! My belongings were rummaged through and nobody wanted to help me. They told me to file a claim with insurance and to call customer service. I got hung up on 5 times. I had 2 chat agents who closed out the chat while I was talking to them. I was overcharged and nobody wanted to help. My bank had to reverse the charges because they refused to refund me the money they overcharged. I was set up for auto pay and it kept rejecting the card so I called to let them know and I was told my belongings would be ok till Friday. I came in and used the kiosk to pay. I received a notification shortly after saying my stuff was going to auction. I had taken a picture of the confirmation showing I paid my unit. I go to my unit and my lock was cut. The property manager refused to open my unit. she then gave me major attitude for being upset that my belongings had been touched and rummaged through. She eventually did and I found all my boxes had been opened and gone through. I emailed customer service and got no help. I'd stay FAR away from here!

Had to a storage unit and stop in here and met a woman named Cloris she was great. We had a nice conversation and got a unit set up for this weekend. She was a very big help and enjoyed everything about my experience at public storage. Thank you Cloris.
