Makhalia was knowledgeable and approachable. The facility was clean and well equipped. She helped us get our unit in a timely manner. The only thing I would suggest is a golf cart for those disabled and or elderly customers who might need to rent Units in the back. But Makhalia allowed us to drive our car back there, Very nice young lady.

If I could give this place, no stars, I promise I would. I am highly upset. I had two rental units from this location. One of them was fine, but the other one had some type of rodent that was traveling through the section my unit because apparently someone in another unit left food in their storage, whatever it was reeked havoc in my storage. All of our things were covered with fur and feces when I first noticed something was wrong. I reported the front and called the corporate office. Corporate told me that they would file a claim and have pest control treat the inside of the unit, but the workers onsite told me that corporate lied and pest control was not allowed to treat inside the units. So basically, we were stuck dealing with the issue of the rodent, so My Husband and I decided to go in and just move all of our things out and unfortunately, we had to throw everything away except for two items so I payed them $200 a month for a year to have my stuff trashed so disappointing

Rats in my unit, opened account on April 18th, and have received $110 of late charges/lien fee within a month and a half. Do not recommend to anybody looking for a storage unit, had better experience with Compass storage unit for half of the price, ac controlled, no rodents.

Very poor staff. My car broke down overnight in a parking space and manager called said I had one hour to move it or toed. And had all spots always empty. Staff always in back smoking weed and going thru people's storages that's why they keep one of the three keys to the lock...

Rosemary was very helpful. She explained ingress/egress procedures via the Public Storage app and was very accommodating considering it was Christmas Eve. I recommend bringing your own cylinder lock and keeping your renter's insurance policy handy if you already have one in order to avoid extra Public Storage charges.

Very disappointed that the garage I wss given did not fit my truck. I had to get a bigger stirage for EXTRA $350 . I want to get this revised as it was not my fault. I had given my trucks make and model which should be enough for the agent to figure out the size. On top of that drama I have almost missed my flight. If it wss not for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ypur on site manager Rosemarie provided, I would have missed my flight. Please escalate this matter to the management level and advise me asap.
