11/5/24 SO the GA of this location seen my post and called to say she is sorry, and that she was gonna waive my balance so it doesn't hit my credit🤣🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏🤣🤣🤣 WOW WOW I lost my whole home in there and not even a dallor general gift card to even replace my rags I lost.... PEOPLE GET STORAGE PODS OR JUS SELL YOUR STUFF I was paying over $300 a month and they waived one bill🤣🤣🤣 thank yall 11/4/24 Wish I could rate this place with a negative 0 I lost MY WHOLE LIFE IN THIS PLACE 3brd home Now I have nothing PLEASE DONT USE THEM I just brought a new home and now have nothing not even bath rags or towels They are infested with RATS!!!! AND ROACHES!!!! ate thru everything Wish I could upload photos to show

I've been a customer at this storage facility for three years, and the manager Sam has been exceptional. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and quick problem-solving have made a significant difference. I highly recommend this facility due to the outstanding leadership of the manager.

This is the unit they tried to rent me!!!! I even called the district manager and I was told storage is for you to take boxes in and out. Not about looks. I couldn’t even believe a manager would say that. They also have huge RATS walking around the property. They aren’t even afraid of humans and are bigger than cats. I was told “we have pest control come every week”

I was wondering how I was going to make my little funds work to continue my packing to move and was on a hunt for the cheapest wardrobe boxes I could find and I drove up on this public storage location and something said Kenyata stop here and Ms.Racheal blessed me and said the short wardrobes was actually on sale ...I almost fainted when I ended up spending the total of 1 for 4 plus my tape ...My God is awesome!!!

Literally the absolute worst place you could ever go. My stuff was infested with thousands of ants and spiders and they did nothing about it and when I moved out they charged me $60 because I left a mirror and stool that was so infested I couldn’t move it and forced me to still pay it. Horrible customer service and it was dirty and gross.

Simply the best storage rental experience. I’ve only ever had to rent storage twice in my life so far but this was the best one overall. I had to rent a storage unit because my move-in date for my new apartment got extended. But thankfully they had a unit that was actually pretty close to the gate which made things even easier for me so that I can be in and out. Plus it was very close to where I was moving to. Thank you so much Sam for all of your help and for being so awesome! If I ever need a storage unit again, I will be coming here. And if anyone needs one, make sure you talk to Sam, he will take care of you!! This unit was easy to access, secure, and indefinitely Made my entire process much easier. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you again, Sam for everything! Excellent customer service, communication and knowledgeable about everything I had a question on.

Sam is the best person on the location. Always helpful, kind and very profesional. Very reliable. But locations management is little slow, i requested to fix lightning in our units, Its been like 6 month since my request and nothing have happened.

There's staff are sure what they do. I left my storage for a minute because I dont find the lock and when I came back my storage was save and lock by them. That's demonstrate the engagement for the business as wellfare for their customer. Very respectful and patient with me that I dont find the reservation he provide me everything I recomended. I've been too many storage unit and this is by far the best. Sam is a pleasure to work with and strikes exactly the right balance of making sure the rules are followed with not being overbearing and annoying about it. The clientele are fairly nice and it's a good environment I would recommend this without hesitation to anyone.

They had my car towed without notifying me, and my car was almost auctioned off without my knowledge. I rented a parking space here in August/September 2022. I accidentally parked my car in the wrong spot - my error, but, also due to the fact that no employees were in the office to help me on a Tuesday afternoon. My name, email, car make/model, and license plate info were in the online system that I used to check in. Instead of locating the owner of the vehicle, they had my car towed without notifying me. The only reason I found out my car was in the tow yard, was the Lien the tow company sent me along with the bill for the tow/tow lot fees. The cost I had to pay to release my car from the lot was $1180. The cost of renting the parking spot was $75/month. Does the Public Storage computer system really not have a way to check a license plate before towing a car? I’m lucky my car wasn’t auctioned off without my knowledge. I’m a graduate student at UCF and had to use my student loan money to get my car out of the tow lot. If Public Storage had contacted me even once before towing my car I would have apologized and had my car moved. Instead, I have had a series of very unprofessional, rude, and antagonistic phone calls from the district manager Rachel who has treated me like I am an absolute idiot. I have spoken with the Public Storage corporate HQ several times and they just keep forwarding my complaint back to Rachel who calls me with the absolute worst attitude and treats me like I’m incredibly dumb. I made a simple mistake and honestly I would have assumed Public Storage would have bothered to call someone before having their car towed. Incredibly disappointed by this experience. The $75/month parking spot I rented was the most affordable option I could find and I ended up paying $1180 in unnecessary tow fees. Horrible.
