All these 5 star ratings are fake af. No one Is ever at the office if you need anything. First couple of weeks had a problem with my key code and the blue tooth thing never works. Don't go here if you can avoid it.

Maridys has always been so helpful. If she isn’t in the office she is walking the large property and making sure it’s super clean. From explaining the web specials to helping me pick the most secure lock (they sell them right here!) and explaining the payment system she has always been so kind and eager to assist. I wish more managers were like her.
Maridys has been awesome. From the last minute move in to the recent home downsize she’s been amazing. Despite the technical issues with the corporate site she has kept her cool and managed to calm me down. The property is large and is well kept.

This was the worst storage place I have ever been to. no one is ever in the office to help you during business hours, and if you call the number on the door, no one picks up. I went there at least 3 times and this happened every time. They also claim 24/7 storage but the first time you are texted your gate code, it’s not even the right one. They have to give you a temporary code in the office (which isn’t really temporary, it just becomes the one you always use).
On top of that, they require you to enter your gate code to leave the facility, which seems nice because of extra security, except that the key pad is very far away from the gate which means you have to exit from the same place every time- extremely inconvenient. Their app also never works to unlock the gate
I am so glad I no longer have to store things there and I will never be going back to their storage place when there are better ones around

Horrible service. It’s 1pm on a Thursday and nobody is here to help us with our gate code that is not working. Use U-Haul down the road instead, much better solution than Public storage.

I currently have a unit in the Lake Nona location and I am currently having an issue, in which I attempted to contact the location manager about. She was very rude and dismissive. Her response to my issue was " my hands are tied" and was unwilling to help or even try to find a solution. My contact information was provided to the district manager John Lewis so he can contact me, Ive been waiting for now going on 6 days for this phone call. I also called the corporate office phone number, their message states give them 24-48 hours for a call back, it has been over 48 hours and still no call back. This company is scamming people, they don't answer the phone or try to help when we needed but are quick to reach out to you when they are raising the monthly unit price ! Don't waste your time.

So far so good. Great location. Kayla and Jorge made my experience very pleasant. A little untidy near the back of the lot where there is open vehicle storage and I think some visible lighting and security could be installed. The place must be close to a 1/4 mile deep.

BEAWARE of Simply Self Storage
I recently had a trailer stolen from a Simply Self Storage at Narcoossee location. I had tools and other valuables that I stored in the trailer for work. When I realized that the trailer was stolen, I immediately went to the storage’s admin office for assistance with security camera footage.
Little did I know that I would get such resistance from the office staff at accessing security camera footage. Despite having a police officer present and having filed a police report, neither myself nor the police officer were able to obtain any assistance at obtaining any kind of security camera footage to include in the police report. I called their central department to file a complaint. They told me that there should not be any reason why they would not be able to disclose the footage. They said they would handle the situation and to come back to retrieve the footage from the office. When I came back the same day to retrieve the footage, they mentioned that they do not keep a record of more than 10 days of video footage.
I could not believe that an established place like this would only keep 10 days of security footage? Why didn’t they inform me of this when I asked for video footage initially?
I am completely aware that they are not responsible for stolen property, but they are responsible for keeping secure gates, security footage and aiding their customers with this information should any personal property go missing. These places keep video footage for a minimum of 30-90 days with most places storing footage for up to 6 months.
Please be aware that if you have the same thing happen to you, that you may not be able to count on any security footage on their behalf. The trailer that was stolen from me was no small item. Camera footage would have clearly identified the vehicle type and possible description of felons and or license plate. This information could have been very useful in the police report, but Simply Self Storage did not care to help with this information.
Complete negligence and bad business practice on their behalf is the only reason I can think as to why a storage place like this would be so against disclosing security cameras of stolen property on their grounds! I will never be a customer of Simply Self Storage at any of their locations again, please be warned!!!

It's pricey for what you get with the "cheapest unit" not to mention the ads and Google said on the price then for " this and that reason'' ended paying about $25 dollars more a month plus $131 beacuase it's the first month 🤦♂️😫
