If you want a clean place to store your things this is not the place, it is full of cockroaches and mice, I got very angry when I saw my things bitten by the mice, also the girls in my case spoke to me with attitude, the boy who speaks Spanish, treated me was super
Big roaches in my unit, very disappointed . Disappointed my stuff are ruined .RUN PEOPLE dont rent here, please leason to advice you will find RATS and ROACHES all over YOUR STUFF. And they have me paying Freaking insurances for what Its onky been two months.Belongings ruin.Take my koney elsewhere

This was my first and worst experience with a storage unit company. The conditions of this unit are horrific. Everything has mold. The storage unit that I believed was going to be "inside" was really outside and there were rat droppings everywhere. Please be aware!

I have always liked public storage. I've done quite a few assignments straight out of locations like this one. Upon examining the grounds of this company I can already see some electrical code violations right by their front office. I hear a lot of other customers complaining about rats which are a definite problem for any storage company. I wouldn't bring my business over to this location unless they can explicitly guarantee that I won't see vermin and I wont have to deal with that kind of problem myself!

Left all of my furniture and personal things in this storage unit for about two weeks and came back to every box and even mine and my kids mattresses full of RATS. Went to the office to make the staff aware and the lady acted as if she was use to customers coming to the office complaining about the rats. They constantly call about making payments but have no care in the world about peoples personal belongings. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!!!

My friend got all his party equipment in this storage and paying it on time even in advance and some character came and broke a wall (curiously where apparently there are no cameras, which is the most curious thing, I don't want to imagine that it is internal) to steal everything, the manager says he is not responsible for that but they are paying the day for a storage service, it is assumed that there is security cause for that reason you are getting pay... Totally disappointed and I don't recommend it

Costs. Signed a contract for $90 a month, by the fourth month I was being charged almost $150 with no explanation even after being told my rates would not change. They do not answer their phones, so if you plan to leave your stuff with them and go out of state DO NOT.
