I don't understand why this storage place has such high reviews. Inside the units are a bit gross, it had what I think was black mold on the ceiling. Also in my experience, the gate was broken and people were locked inside and when we tried to get the workers attention, they just yelled at us saying they weren't open. Which I understand, but if you have 6am operation hours, it better be working at 6am. And how they fixed it was by leaving the gate wide open all day, and its been open for the past couple days, so now any one can enter. Which doesn't feel nice, especially since its in a sketchy neighborhood... Only thing I'm glad for, was the easy process of getting the unit and how they had security walking around (sometimes).

I had my unit for over a year and Toni has honestly been one of the sweetest people I have encountered. She has always been such a pleasure to be greeted by during the most stressful moves. She has always managed to go above and beyond and I’m just so grateful to have had such great communication and pleasant experiences with her throughout this period.
I was a little nervous about the area at first, but I’ve never had any security issues, there’s plenty of room to drive up comfortably, and the staff really is wonderful.
I have been to other storage facilities and this one is the best especially because of Toni and Megan. They are both kind, understanding and willing to help. They keep the place clean and are on top of any issues. I recommend this location!
