Union Park Public Storage is an easy spot to find self storage on the south side of Colonial Drive between Dean Road and Rouse Road, juts about 10 miles east of downtown Orlando.

Don't bother assuming you got a deal with a promotion. I have had my unit for only 4 months and was just notified they woul be raising the amount 50.00. This kind of gimmick should be reported. They prey on the fact that you need the unit and will raise the amount. I knew it was too good to be true! They inform you in the small print they can change and raise the amount of your unit any time they want based off of need? Really if I didn't need it I wouldn't have put my things in your storage space. BAD BUSINESS practice! I have stored my things in other locations during transition for over 2 years!! and never once had the amount changed.
I will be complaining to BBB. DONT Fall for the promotion price. read the small print!!!

Very horrible service. The elevators were down and when tried calling like the sign states several times over several days nobody answered. When I finally spoke to someone she was very rude from the start. She also stated that the elevator does work even though the signs state otherwise she also Stated she was the property manager and she spoke to me like a child. She had 0 compassion and 0 customer service skills. I will be filling out a complain with the BBB, as well as corporate. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please do not choose this place as the property manager will treat you like you are nobody. Not to mention the prices keep being raised for absolutely zero reason.

Changing my review-
I have been with this storage now probably about 6 months. The AC in my building does not work and it is unbearable to be in my unit. I have called and left messages multiple times and never get a call back. I went up to the office and was taken by surprise that it is being renovated and no one is on property during business hours. I never received ANY communication about this. Now not only can I not get in contact with someone, but my storage price is increasing a very dramatic amount. I will be looking to take my business elsewhere.
Also, the previous review I wrote was because in order for the person at the front desk to allow me to use a cart to move some things up to the 2nd floor, I had to provide my ID and a five star review.
I hope someone from corporate will reach out to me.
I didn't like the fact that they go up on your rent every 2-3 months it seemed.

I called this Monday left a voicemail & Christine promptly called me and left a voicemail stating I could make an appointment with her to help me. Shamar & Christine helped me today open my storage unit doors even went up & beyond and got a ladder so we could see what was obstructing the roll up doors from opening. I've been a customer for over 18 months I started just paying $81.00 and now is $189.00 I was always on time paying the rent on time when is due on the 6th of every month, but lately I got a very nasty phone call on the 2nd of the month from Christine telling me that I was late for the rent and a lot of things and that I was rude and then she hanged up on me, I called back and she put me on hold for ever then I called from another phone number and she said that I was harassing her on the phone and hanged up again, this lady needs to learn some manners with the customers she is very rude.
We’ve had our storage unit here for about 7 months now. We love how easy it is to access the gate and buildings using the app. Recently we had a price increase. I went into the front office to ask about this and was greeted by Christine. She was very quick to look into this and help us with our issue. She even called me back a few days later to follow up! The company and owner however need to step up their game with not providing the necessary equipment to meet the customer needs. Shame on you Public Storage owners for only having 1-2 carts for a 650 unit property. Where is the Customer Care in this.

You pay Company Ownership Insurance each month which allows property to be replaced as an owner/entrepreneur. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. employees yelled at me, my storage got infested with ants & they told me there was nothing they could do also implied that i was lying to get a refund although i showed them evidence & told them to go see it for themselves. i also paid for a climate controlled unit on the app however they gave me a random unit that was not climate controlled & they told me i should’ve gotten the unit in person instead. very terrible customer service if i could give 0 stars i would. i will never recommend or rent here again. i also asked them to reach out to their District manager on saturday 9/24/2022 & i went back on saturday 10/1/2022 & was told that the employee still didn’t reach out until yesterday. ridiculous.
